This is a great, easy way to bake small cakes for 2 people. They're a fun project for kids and adults alike. I have several "little" recipes for cakes and desserts for just 2 people and all of them can be baked in tin cans using this technique. Here are a few of them: recipe #369222, recipe #369220, and recipe #369159

    Recipe #398819

These are so great on a hot summer night! These look so pretty and they have grenadine in them which is pomagranite so that means they're good for you, right?!?

    Recipe #384476

There are many different theories about how this famous ice cream should be made. Nobody knows for sure because the recipe has always been secret. This is my version. I don't know if it's an exact duplicate but we love it this way. When you're finished, it should be sort of the color of smurfs so add food coloring until you acheive smurf blue. I use 40 drops. Splenda lovers- this will not turn out the same with splenda. I love it and sometimes I use it anyway but it does NOT give the same creamy consistency as regular sugar does. I don't know why but it just doesn't.

    Recipe #384027

This is amazingly good! It's perfect for a special occasion (like Valentine's Day) or when you just have to have something sweet and yummy in a hurry. There's no baking or complicated stuff so you can literally put this on the table within a few minutes. I top mine with strawberry topping but you can use any flavor you like. It can be made with sugar, splenda or even stevia. You can used regular or reduced fat cream cheese. I use reduced and splenda. It will actually serve up to 4 adults if you really want to share it.

    Recipe #354705

These are so delicious and refreshing-perfect for all those lemon lovers out there! They're really easy to make, too.

    Recipe #383915

This dip is so good you'll want to eat it with a spoon! It's really great served with a fruit platter, chicken fingers, coconut shrimp and so much more. My friend serves it with her baked ham. We like it chunky but if you want it smooth, put everything in the blender and give it a whirl for a minute or 2. You can easily double this recipe or cut it in half for a smaller group.

    Recipe #385479

I made this yummy pink punch for my daughter's 5th birthday party last year. We had a Princess theme. It was a big hit with everyone. For the adults, you can just add a little rum or vodka directly to their glasses and stir. Malibu Rum is especially good in this. I made fruit punch ice cubes which looked really pretty floating around in the punch.

    Recipe #354590

We just LOVE this shake. You can adjust the amount of coffee granules to suit your taste. I use just 1/2 tablespoon but you can use up to 2 full tablespoons. Crumble extra cookies over the top for a decorative look.

    Recipe #398173

You'll love these! Kids have so much fun making these. You can make them in dixies cups or popsickle molds. You can usually get the popsickle molds at the dollar store.

    Recipe #384010

This is so refreshing on a hot summer evening. Everyone loves this at parties and get-togethers. Look out- this goes down really quick & easy!

    Recipe #383744

Yummy! This is my all-time favorite homemade candy. I love the combination of buttery toffee with nuts and chocolate! It's REALLY EASY to make- you don't even need a candy thermometer for this one. Sometimes I use pecans instead of almonds and I love it that way, too. Feel free to substitute your favorite nut for the almonds- just chop them up small.

    Recipe #361882

This yummy pudding is so easy to make and tastes so much better than store bought or boxed mixes. I really like knowing exactly what's in the food we eat. Give this one a try, you'll never go back to the boxed pudding again!

    Recipe #386792

No, there are no potatoes in these addictive little candies. They are oblong shaped and rolled in cinnamon to resemble cute little potatoes! They are a tradition in our area and they are scrumptious. We wait all year for St. Patrick's Day so we can scarf these cuties down. Try them, you'll find yourself wishing you had made more. You will probably have to hide them if you want to have any left for St. Patrick's Day! That's what I do.

    Recipe #360545

These have no cream cheese so you can safely place these little cuties right in the Easter baskets without worry. You can personalize these for your family and make a bunch of smaller eggs or one or two big ones. You choose the size.

    Recipe #361482

Kids love this fruit salad and so do adults. It has such great flavors. Who doesn't love banana splits?

    Recipe #384474

Use this delicious syrup over waffles, pancakes, crepes, pound cake, vanilla ice cream and more. It's quick and easy to make and tastes like fresh sweet oranges. You can add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon for spiced orange flavored syrup.

    Recipe #386854

These will be the easiest truffles you've ever made and they are sooo yummy! They are a tradition at my house for Christmas and we coat them in pink-tinted white chocolate for my daughter's birthday. You can shape them like eggs for Easter and dip them in dyed white chocolate or roll them in colored sugar. You can add different flavorings, different coatings, substitute milk, dark or white chocolate... the variations are endless. No matter how you finish these, they will taste great! The original recipe came from one of the chocolate companies several years ago but I can't remember which one.

    Recipe #361521

I love this stuff! I also really love that it's quick and easy to make. You don't have to cook the caramel cause you use ice cream topping caramel for this! The recipe came directly from Wilton's website. You can make it soft and spreadable or as stiff as you need by adjusting the amount of milk you add. Just follow the directions and it'll come out perfect every time.

    Recipe #386384

This is the recipe directly from Wilton's website for their chocolate buttercream decorating icing. You can make it soft and spreadable or as stiff as you need by adjusting the amount of milk or water you add. Just follow the directions and it'll come out perfect every time.

    Recipe #386333

This is absolutely delicious! It makes just enough to fill between the layers of a 3 layer cake or fill 24 cupcakes with about a tablespoon of filling each. It's quick, easy and adds something extra special to banana, pumpkin, cinnamon, spice, yellow and several other cakes and cupcakes. The recipe came directly from the Wilton website.
