    I must admit, I have never eaten this pie as I do not like coffee but this is hubby's favorite dessert. Since the kids and I do not like coffee, he gets the whole pie for himself :) Cooking time does not include freezing time. Adapted from Simple & Delicious.

    This is what your average Irish person will crave when they live abroad- not the healthiest way to start your day- but its delicious. The key here is the quality of the pork you use - "clonakilty" is the best brand in my opinion - worth the effort to try and get an Irish brand for the ingredients as it genuinely makes a big difference! I think this is a great hangover cure because its a greasy comfort food . Not for those watching their waist line though :S

    This is an awesome reuben that uses a unique cole slaw rather than saurkraut. This is a wonderful taste sensation for Reuben lovers. We think you will be as amazed as we were. We tagged Recipe #260415 in the 'Make it Healthier' game and did just that. We revised it to an 'open-faced' sandwich and brought down the calories from 837, the fat from 50.5, and the carbs down from 52g. Thanks Chef #382123 for such a great perk to an old favorite.

    My personal rendition of a WW recipe that I love because it packs all the flavors of NOLA while managing to be both fast and light. The level of heat here varies so much based on your brand of Cajun spice and sausage - so taste and adjust accordingly. For those who *do* count points, try finding the lowfat chicken andouille sausage. Half the points of the regular so you can add more to the dish. (Points confirmed on WW Recipe Builder.)

    I found this recipe in one of Rachael Ray's cookbooks. It sounded so different from anything I'd ever made that I had to try it right away. We really enjoyed it, and it's very versatile as it can be made using shrimp, chicken or pork. I put a tiny dash of cayenne pepper in the pot since I wanted to add a little "hot and spicy" flavor to the dish.

    This recipe is a bit unusual because there is apple butter added to the batter which replaces the fat that would come from butter (which a lot of quick bread recipes use) and there is also canola oil added instead of vegetable so It's a little healthier.
