    Make it any way you like it! An easy & fast kid pleaser + you'll like it too. One thing I really like about this recipe is that it's a pretty complete meal for my kids -protein, calcium, veggie & grain. Toddlers can hold it easily in their hands and older kids can make it themselves. And YOU can spice it up to your hearts content :) This recipe is for 20 burritos, but you can make as few or as many as you'd like. (My oldest likes them for breakfast & also takes them cold for school lunch)

    I got this recipe from a friend about 30 years ago, and after the friend had also given me an abundance of rhubarb from her garden. This is a very easy jam to make. I love the added crushed pineapple, and maraschino cherries in this jam.

    Yup, right from Sicily! She didn't (rest her soul) speak a word of english and my mom wanted her MIL's recipe soooooo she followed her around the kitchen with a pen and paper and here's what she wrote down. Note: I guessed at the equivalents of the dried, I read somewhere that 1 tbsp of fresh = 1 tsp of dried ... this is a nice base sauce for adding your favorite meats and veggies to.

    Loved these! Substitute cottage cheese for the ricotta cheese, & grated Romano cheese for the Parmesan, if you choose. It is possible to substitute frozen, chopped broccoli for spinach. Found in Kraft's Food & Family.
