This is my own version of stuffed mushrooms. It is full of cheesy goodness and of course bacon! I hope you all enjoy!

    Recipe #465366

This recipe was in the Jun 2006 issue of New Zealand's TASTE which I just received from my cookbook swap partner Tansy. How about that -- a recipe for a mushroom dish that I can really enjoy, 'cause they still have a crunch!

    Recipe #388500

this is one of my favourite Asian side dishes. This goes so well with all roast or chicken dishes.

    Recipe #115084

I started with a recipe that I found on the McCormick spice website but I have changed it to incorporate vegetables and herbs that better suit my family’s taste preferences. This is a very versatile recipe that lends itself well to changes. Use whatever vegetables and herb combinations that work best for you. Some of the other vegetables that I have enjoyed in this dish include yellow squash, corn on the cob (cut into 1-inch chunks) and other bell peppers (green, yellow, orange).

    Recipe #376387

These are really good for parties or just for at home, we like lots of extra cheese and bacon bits but I am leaving that out to get the original nutrition facts.

The fragrance of this recipe cooking will be all the notice you'll have to give that "Supper's ready!" Hungry eaters will magically appear, asking to help set the table. The recipe is written for ONE serving, adjust to fit the number of eaters you're serving.

    Recipe #186970

From Cooking Light, with slight midifications. Vegetarian meal hubby will actually eat!

    Recipe #232095

    Elegant...tasty

    Recipe #57228

A wonderful side dish to any meal. I use to stuff Portobello mushrooms with just bread crumbs but now this is my favorite way to use them with any main course.

    Recipe #236368

For the mushroom lovers! I have been asked for this recipe by family members since I first made it 13 years ago. This is the first time I've tried to put actual measurements to it, so feel free to tweak it to your taste!

    Recipe #193006

These mushrooms brown and develop their flavor because they are cooked over high heat. From Sunset Magazine. Prep and cook times are estimates.

I made some burgers and thought I'd experiment a bit and came up with a wonderfully delicious topping for grilled or broiled burgers! Follow your favorite recipe for making hamburgers and top with this tasty combination. This works well for 4 burgers.

    Recipe #95876

Got this from the Dr. Phil Weight Solution Cookbook. A big hit at the staff breakfast, they always ask for the recipe!

I was looking for make ahead appetizer for the holidays and found this one. It's hard enough during those times to get the "meal" on the table. I thought I'd make it a bit easier on the appetizers!

This is from That's Life. Preparation and cooking time an estimate. The recipe says 8 mushrooms sliced (I think about 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of sliced mushrooms would do - again a guestimate)?

    Recipe #207084

This is a family recipe that my grandma always has to make at Thanksgiving. She's not allowed to bring anything else! Usu. I use margarine, but I would recommend sticking wtih the butter in this recipe for the best flavor.

This is the 3rd recipe I have entered today from the "1 of a Kind" cookbook of the Junior League of Mobile, AL & I have no clue about the meaning of Delwood. This Junior League sure does have some tasty & easy-to-fix gems. I have not tried this one, but I suspect that status will not last long. Enjoy!
