This is a very versatile recipe that lends itself well to changes. Use whatever vegetables and herb combinations that work best for you.     This is from That's Life. Preparation and cooking time an estimate. The recipe says 8 mushrooms sliced (I think about 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of sliced mushrooms would do - again a guestimate)?

    This is the 3rd recipe I have entered today from the "1 of a Kind" cookbook of the Junior League of Mobile, AL & I have no clue about the meaning of Delwood. This Junior League sure does have some tasty & easy-to-fix gems. I have not tried this one, but I suspect that status will not last long. Enjoy!
