All the flavors of Autumn combined into one scrumptious bread. This tastes great with coffee or tea! I make this using Egg Beaters and unsweetened applesauce in place of half the oil to make it healthier. Prep time includes cooling time.

    Recipe #73469

Pumpkin adds a twist of fall to the ever popular zucchini bread. Haven't tried this one yet but it looked like a winner so I thought I'd share it.

I found this recipe in a cookbook put out by the Maine Alzheimer's Association. My grandmother used to make muffins very similar to these and I was glad to find this.

Nice, crumbly type muffin with an addicting taste. You can get 2 dozen regular size muffins or about 4 dozen mini muffins. The original recipe suggests baking for 20-30 minutes, but I like these done a little more so they get crispy around the edges.

Yet another selection from "Old Fashioned Mushroom Recipes". No, I haven't tried this one either, but it sounds good.

These were SO good! They're not overly sweet, but so tender and yummy. My first time making scones was a big success; they disappeared really quickly at the office with many requests for the recipe!

I searched and searched for a banana bread recipe with the texture that I wanted and couldn't find one. One day I decided to modify my Recipe #14187 to see if I could make up my own recipe. My family loved it and it was exactly what I was looking for so here it is. I hope you like it as much as we do.

    Recipe #20289

This a delicious quick bread that has a cake-like texture. The flavor is so good and it's so easy to put together. I got this recipe from Zora who was the bakery manager of a grocery store that I had worked at.

A nice sweet treat with a cup of tea! Drop them free-form onto a baking sheet for "craggy" biscuits or make them a little more shapely by using your hands or a small ice cream scoop. Either way, they taste great.

These rolls are a quick addition to any meal. I especially like them with grilled fish or chicken.

This flavorful bread has a nice texture for sandwiches. It also makes wonderful croutons when cut into squares and toasted. Adapted from a recipe in "The Bread Machine Book"

Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf for your bread machine. Has a nice cheesy flavor with a mild herbal touch.

Finnish Coffee Bread for a 2 lb. breadmaker on dough setting, but can also be made in a 1 1/2 lb breadmaker. Prep time includes rising time. Recipe adapted from recipe printed on genealogia.org)

This recipe is not your typical Boston Brown Bread - besides getting baked in a bread machine, it contains some very untraditional ingredients. Expect this to be more of a sandwich bread than a tea bread. The recipe originally came from "The Best Lowfat, No Sugar Bread Machine Cookbook Ever" by Madge Rosenberg. According to the author, the soy sauce replaces the typical molasses, thereby lowering the sugar content while still providing the traditional dark color. Posted by request.

This recipe was adjusted for high altitude (5,000 ft), so cooks at sea-level will probably need to add more yeast than indicated. Although I haven't made this yet I am planning on making this soon to go with salad suppers. Recipe source: local newspaper which was adapted from a Fleischmann's yeast recipe.
