I eat one of these almost everyday. They are an excellent source of fiber and only being 1 pt. what's not to love??? Especially if you are counting. Feel free to use whatever flavor of muffin mix from Krusteaz you choose, just making sure it's the Fatfree kind.

    Recipe #253891

A boxed muffin mix starts this recipe out. The addition of apples, carrots, and pineapple make a very moist and wonderful muffin. This recipe is adapted from BettyCrocker's website.

Nice, crumbly type muffin with an addicting taste. You can get 2 dozen regular size muffins or about 4 dozen mini muffins. The original recipe suggests baking for 20-30 minutes, but I like these done a little more so they get crispy around the edges.

    Recipe #155531

This is my spin on a delicious muffin recipe I found on Libby's website. My DH accidentally came home with Pumkin Pie Mix instead of canned Pumpkin -- sometimes the best things come out of mistakes!! The vote has been to favor the white chocolate chips and cinnamon chips, so I usually make a batch of each, but the raisins, Craisins, or semi sweet chocolate chips would all be terrific!!!

    Recipe #226442

These are moist, tender muffins adapted from Marion Cunningham's The Breakfast Book.

    Recipe #199961

My mom made these and they were surprisingly good I thought. From Bisquick.

    Recipe #67972

I got this recipe from a friend. I make these often and take them to many potlucks, office parties, the cottage, picnics, children's lunch and the list goes on. Recipe from the cookbook "Just The Best."

Serve these tender gingerbread muffins with whipped cream for snacktime or dessert. From Bon Appetit

    Recipe #58851

Wonderful breakfast, brunch, or mid-morning snack. This recipe is very versatile. Any kind of cereal works, and you can substitute dried fruit and/or nuts for part of the cereal. If using a cooked, hot cereal like oatmeal, combine with wet ingredients instead of dry.

    Recipe #115633

This was from Taste of Home. It is great. if you dont have bisquick try recipe #16813

If you are ginger fan like me - you'll love these little cakes with chunks of ginger in them. Ice with lemon icing if you wish.

    Recipe #64026

Let the bananas ripen significantly before using them.

    Recipe #145198

The crystallized ginger in these not-too-sweet pumpkin muffins makes them extraordinarily good!

    Recipe #75265

A favorite recipe I found online, and thought I should pass on here at the zarr! This really is a elegant, pretty, but most of all tasty dessert treat.

    Recipe #34406

These muffins won 2nd place in a King Arthur Flour contest. I've been making them since my kids were babies and have brought them to many functions. The yogurt makes them fluffy and the almond flavoring gives them a special bakery flavor. You can substitute pureed cottage cheese for the ricotta.
