The cover picture is from my last birthday party. We had a Georgian Dinner Party at a Georgian Manor house that a friend of mine lives in. The food around the edges is the food I served, all from a Regency/Georgian recipe book adapted from Jane Austen's family. I served pigeon pie, rabbit, trout, salmagula (salad) and even a Georgian drink. I'll still post the recipes at some point. They're well worth it!

I add more parsley than the recipe calls for, cause I prefer it.

I made this one evening when a vegetarian friend came over for dinner. I am a meat lover, but found this fantastic and didn't even miss not having meat in it. Hope you enjoy it too!

    Recipe #297198

This is quite low fat and can be kept for later in the year.

Pretty pink granita, an icy slush made glamorous with floating rose petal. Add rose petals for a pretty presentation.

I have no idea what these are like, but they sound good.

    Recipe #271127

I have not tried this yet, but it sounds delicious. Should make a wonderful first course too. It's from Take Three by Jill Dupleix

    Recipe #271010

This recipe makes a nice looking little meal, from a book titled “Take Three”, but the Chinese broccoli and sesame oil can be omitted to have just the chops! Rather than the broccoli, I’d probably have boy choy instead. Cooking time includes marinading time.
