    The cover picture is from my last birthday party. We had a Georgian Dinner Party at a Georgian Manor house that a friend of mine lives in. The food around the edges is the food I served, all from a Regency/Georgian recipe book adapted from Jane Austen's family. I served pigeon pie, rabbit, trout, salmagula (salad) and even a Georgian drink. I'll still post the recipes at some point. They're well worth it!

    This recipe makes a nice looking little meal, from a book titled “Take Three”, but the Chinese broccoli and sesame oil can be omitted to have just the chops! Rather than the broccoli, I’d probably have boy choy instead. Cooking time includes marinading time.
