My granny always made these doughnuts for either breakfast or sometimes dessert

    Recipe #393907

Perfect for a sweet breakfast treat. From Easy Everyday Cooking. Freeze these in an airtight container for up to a month. Defrost the night before for a quick trip in the oven for breakfast. PostScript: I edited this after making it and finding out not a much of a few ingredients were needed. I have also adjusted amounts to reflect a much larger batch, as I made them, so you don't have to make them as often :D

    Recipe #217267

Thinking of "Starting our mornings of right" I just recently developed this granola recipe. All natural, I believe it gets your "WHOLE BODY" off to a GREAT start!! I bag up 3 oz. bags, travels great in purses & briefcases for that any time, on the go, healthy snack. I purchase most ingredients at bulk stores (Almish/Quaker)

    Recipe #221501

This is my Nanny's sisters recipe. These are the best kolaches I have ever eaten. I finally asked for the recipe a few months back. I have not made them yet- I know I will want to eat the whole pan- they are great ! Everyone in the family fights over these- the first reviewer must not have done something correct- these are a true german kolache- very very good- not super sweet dough- just right.

This is the granola that is always made during a church's youth-group camping trip. I have never made it my self, but it is sooo good. I think it makes 11-12 cups, so the amount of servings is just an estimate.

This recipe will make 1½-2 gallons of gravy! Feed a crowd or stock your freezer. Be sure you have a large pan and plenty of milk. This is one recipe you need to read all the way through before starting. I freeze in 1 or 2 cup portions and also freeze prebaked biscuits, for a quick meal.

    Recipe #223830

This is based on a banana bread recipe I made up when I was about 11 or 12. I just turned them into muffins for portion control and added mini chocolate chips for fun. They'd be good with chopped walnuts or pecans too.

Same old bacon, with a twist! Literally!

This is so good. You can make it ahead of time and then pop it in the oven on Christmas morning. My kids love it year round. It is always a big hit at any breakfast or brunch.

    Recipe #102886

Another treasured recipe from Miss Nola.

    Recipe #125377

These are fantastic all-in-one breakfast biscuits. I have made these the night before and just warmed them up in the morning for a hot bite while on the run. Kids love 'em and they are way easy. I hope you enjoy them.

    Recipe #110376

Adaptable, healthy, and hearty whole wheat and bran muffins with a little tang from the buttermilk, a little twist from some molasses, and a little sweet from the honey. These are great for snacking or toasted to absorb some black-as-sin coffee.

I like the recipe because it is easy. If you don't want to get up early and have to make breakfast early it is already made the night before. All you have to do is pop it in the oven in the morning and let it cook while you are getting ready for the day. It came from my late Grandma...may God bless her soul. I miss her. This makes a great Christmas morning casserole as you can cook it while opening Santa's gifts. Try it. It is yummy and saves time on Christmas morning--or anytime.

I guess you'd call this OAMC......I've kind of modified it to suit my tastes, but you can put anything in these, or adjust the quanities. Soemtimes, I'll use ham, too

    Recipe #87370

Cooking for a crowd? A really BIG crowd? Use this easy recipe for an easy egg dish.

    Recipe #37825

These are so easy to make and taste like a sausage and cheese biscuit all rolled into one! This comes from the Jiffy mix recipe book.
