Whether you serve them as children's finger food or cocktail-party nibbles, these miniature mac-and-cheese cupcakes are downright adorable. They're so easy to fix the kids can help you with most of the work, too.
In my tests, the panko crust worked only for the miniature cupcakes. When I tried it with regular-size muffin tins, the cupcakes got stuck. If you must use a regular-size muffin tin, skip the panko and use cupcake liners.

This is the easiest dinner!! One pot, one serving dish...only minutes to prepare AND cook! When corn on the cob is not in season, I simply add a drained can of corn. Leftovers taste even better!! Not sure where I got this recipe, but I have made this dish over and over again and never get tired of it.
This is the real Greek pita. I found this on a Greek web site. I think it was Susie's Place. This can be used for souvlaki and gyros sndwiches. If you bake this longer, you have pita pockets. The time to make includes rising.
I love this Crock-Pot chicken recipe for two reasons: one, my family loves it and two, it is so easy to make! I got this recipe from my sister. She has two children of her own, and they love it too! It's also the best leftovers in the world -- if there are any!
Herbed cream cheese makes this sauce not only taste great but it's almost effortless too! You can substitute Broccoli if your not a big fan of Asparagus and serve with bread sticks or a salad if you'd like.
If you love tomatoes like I do, then you may enjoy this recipe. It's a quick side dish/plate filler that doesn't have too many ingredients, it's healthy and tastes nice. Original recipe calls for Roma and Plum tomatoes but I use what is in season. This recipe comes from a book called "Purely Golden Door" by The Golden Door Health Retreats.
