This is really a great recipe! It is fast, simple and you usually have the ingredients on hand. I never use a mix! I got this from my sister years ago, and I have shared it many times.

Bran Muffins that are wonderful for breakfast or for a snack.

    Recipe #26157

I found this yesterday in my Cooking Light magazine. It worked GREAT in Redneck Epicurean's Cajun Roasted Chicken #146464! It is not too hot & is low in salt.

    Recipe #187210

Quatre epices comes in many versions. This combination--with pepper, without allspice or coriander, is typical of Gascogny and is used in many dishes, especially in confit. I like to use whole spices and put them all in the grinder; the scent and the flavor is greatly enhanced. If you only have the pre-ground versions, then use them and it will be a delicious mix. The measures are a guide; feel free to adapt to your own taste.

    Recipe #174635

This is a wonderful southwestern flavor for salads and meats. Perfect for the seasoning for my Flat Iron Steak Fajitas Recipe #162888. You can change the size and make just the amount you will need.

The amounts for this "recipe" are variable due to the size difference of heads of garlic. Plus, some folks simply want to taste more garlic than salt.

Never buy jar sauce again! This is easy to prepare and freezes well. Keep a pint or two in the freezer and you will be prepared. Use this sauce whenever the recipe calls for spaghetti sauce. Recipe comes from Make a Mix Cookery.

    Recipe #101456

This recipe was developed by JoAnne Fajack of JoHanna's Cellar Babies Herb Farm in Youngstown, Ohio for her husband. "This mixture gives meats the taste of salt, except it is a lot better for you", says JoAnne.

    Recipe #27890

This recipe is Courtesy of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Services. It is heart healthy. I put 50 servings--truth is I don't have a clue. It would be according to how much you use each time.
