Flavored butters are the best ! My family has this on hand around the holidays, but it can be made anytime. Great on yeasty rolls or crackers. We make it with the jellied cranberry for a smoother consistency.
Perfect on a summer salad. This recipe is to be used after making, so if you plan on chilling it, put the blender/bullet container in the fridge until use. Right before serving, pulse ingredients again and pour over salad. Recipe clipped from the newspaper earlier this year. Serving size is 2 T.
I was asked to make a brownie crunch recipe made by the Neelys for a cookout. I didn't have all the ingredients, so this is what I came up with instead and they were gone in no time! Variations galore on the center fillings. You can use 5 regular sized Hershey bars, or use 3 of the bigger bars that are approx. 5.3oz. I used 3 Lindt intense dark bars.
I got this off the internet years ago from a dinner board and have been making it since. Very basic mix, so feel free to add different amounts of each ingredient to suit your tastes. Makes nice gifts for the holidays ! Don't forget to top your cocoa with marshmallow creme.
