Fresh, uncooked, vegan, combined fairly well and no onions, garlic, spices, salt, seasonings, or hard to digest veggies...if the recipes do contain these ingredients they are easily omitted without altering the recipe in a devastating fashion. Some of these recipes do contain nuts, avocados, and coconut...please just consume in moderation :D

(LFRV) Start your day off right with this super easy and oh so yummy smoothie!! Three of my favorites come together in an amazing combo - enjoy!! Soak your dates ahead of time if they aren't that soft (throw the soaking water in for extra yumminess!).
(LFRV) I'm not huge on juicing because it gets rid of the fiber and changes the natural balance BUT this is amazingly delicious. This makes one serving - I personally triple the recipe to use the whole lemon & so cleaning the juicer is worth it :). Soft, succulent, organic medjool dates are best but any will do. Soak your dates for 6 hours or overnight. If you can't get organic then discard the soaking water or drain & rinse about half way through the soak time and keep the second round of soak water. (Times don't include soaking).
Remember food combining!! This will move fast through your system so nothing heavier before and wait an hour after sweet fruit for a different type.
(LFRV) This is a quick delicious way to get some greens in and ensure all the iron is absorbed properly thanks to the Vit C in the mangoes. The spinach amount is a starting point and you can always increase it if your tastebuds will allow. You can also switch the water out for coconut water if that's something you do. ENJOY!
(LFRV compliant!) This is a great anytime a day drink however this is perfect as a before dinner smoothie as it contains digestive enzymes. Bromelain, an enzyme in pineapple, breaks down cholesterol in the blood and reduces inflammation in the blood and tissues. Bromelain also eliminates muscle, joint, and headache pain and also helps break down fats. Papain, an enzyme in papaya, breaks down protein molecules in the blood, reducing inflammation that is linked to allergies or pain. Papain even attacks a protein on the coating of cancer cells which helps eliminate this threat.
(LFRV compliant!) Oh my!!! I have had this two days in a row and I don't think I see an end in sight - sooooo delicious!! This is so creamy, rich, and so much better than any mint chocolate ice cream I have had (mainly because I can have so much without feeling awful afterwards!!). I use lady finger bananas which are much smaller than normal bananas...I'm not exactly sure how many this would be equal to so I had to use cups...sorry if that causes any difficulties. You may add more mint or carob depending on your tastes - this was just enough to get the flavors for me without wasting. Also I put this down for 2 servings but I drink the whole thing and feel amazingly energized but I guess you could share if you like :)
(LFRV - in moderation) Heavenly!! This is an absolute delicious drink to start your day or anytime you need PURE ENERGY! This will also ward off any cravings for junk food you might be having. You can find young coconuts in some grocery stores but most asian markets will have them. They have white husks - not the old brown ones. NOTE: This does require a juicer and a sturdy knife.
I've been trying to come up with different ways to have citrus with leafy greens & this is an excellent option! When Vitamin C is consumed with iron it makes the iron much easier to absorb. Tons of people are iron deficient & not because they don't take in enough iron....rather that they are not absorbing it properly (You can pop iron pills all day long but if your body isn't doing anything with it your wasting your time & money!!). Citric (citrus fruit) & malic (apples & pears) acid increase the absorb of non-heme iron (dark leafy greens) which is the best form of iron. Soooo pour this lovely goodness all over a huge plate of dark leafy greens!! Kale, romaine, baby spinach....whatever your fancy!!! (LFRV in moderation + leave out oil & salt)
(LFRV) Oh I love this dressing!!! I've had it three nights in a row and I'm thinking about it right now. I pour this over baby greens, celery, cucumbers, and shredded red cabbage and I think its quite magical!! This recipe is for one serving so multiple as needed. You could easily add any herbs or spices you want but this is perfect for me!
(LFRV - in moderation & skip the salt)Very easy, tasty & good for you! No nuts or tofu. Enjoy this on raw crackers, dip for veggies, or use as a spread for lettuce wraps. Sometimes I will add some cayenne for a spicer version.
No oil, salt, allium family, none of the extra stuff! Straight deliciousness!! You can also try cucumber "noodles" or even some prefer celery noodles!! Celery is easier if you don't have a spiralizer - just follow around the curve with the veggie peeler.
(LFRV compliant!) A very yummy treat I like to enjoy which came from Dr. Graham's book The 80/10/10 Diet. This makes a great breakfast, lunch or even dinner :) Pretty much whenever I feel like eating it. Low fat raw vegan & properly combined!! Sometimes I get lazy & just put all of this in the blender to make a smoothie.
