    Vegetarian, low fat Spanish Rice

    Recipe #9369

This is a tasty alternative to the pre-made spice mixes with who-knows-what in them. You can adjust the sodium or heat this way, or like me, add extra cumin or whatever you like. It's equally good on vegetables as it is with meat.

This is my version of a light lasagna recipe found in Self magazine. It can be frozen in individual size portions for later use. To further reduce fat, the ground turkey breast can be cooked separately and then rinsed with water and pressed dry before adding to the sauce.

    Recipe #71864

These are the best to make when you want to be in and out of the kitchen in no time. Everybody loves them. They're also great with brown rice on low-carb tortillas!

    Recipe #216873

Basically a dump soup. It makes a ton so there is a ton for leftovers, but it tastes just as good reheated!

    Recipe #223027

Has everything! Serve with tortilla chips.

    Recipe #235430

My brother loves these. Very easy to throw together! I always have leftover chicken mixture.

    Recipe #237280

Easy to make and a definite family pleaser.
