I found this in the "Mystic Seaport All Seasons Cookbook" and figured I would post for safe keeping. They sound really tasty! They can also be made ahead and frozen (instructions included).

    Recipe #462872

My family and I got flooded out of our house after Tropical Storm Lee and while repairs were being made, we relocated our family to our camper. I only had a few things to cook with (no oven or stove top) so I came up with this casserole that can be made in an electric skillet. It has all the flavor of a fajita in a simple casserole! If you can't find the cheese soup mix, you can use a packet of cheese sauce from a box of mac and cheese (and it will probably be cheaper!)

    Recipe #464585

I haven't tried this yet but it sounds pretty good. I found it in a Taste of Home Cooking for 2 magazine.

    Recipe #467776

I found this on a box of Crisp'itz Crackers (Giant brand Ritz Crackers) and everyone that had it at our Thanksgiving celebration liked it. Posting for safe keeping. COOKING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE 2 HOUR CHILL TIME.

    Recipe #469135

I found this recipe in a GIANT grocery stores Healthy Ideas magazine and decided to make it for my brood one weekend. They went before I could even get a bite so they must be good! I made them according to directions except that I used honey BBQ sauce because that is what I had on hand. I also used real bacon bits to save time instead of cooking and crumbling bacon. This recipe makes 6 appetizer sized servings.

    Recipe #471291

We sold these at my son's Midget Football games and we usually wound up selling out before the end of Game 2. I've seen a few other recipes on here but none that used individual bags of the Nacho Cheese Doritos to make these very portable and easy to dispose of once you're done! The bag is the bowl and you just toss it when you're finished. This would also be a great recipe for Super Bowl Sunday!

    Recipe #472408

My friend Mandy made these for a holiday party and I could not stop eating them! With only 4 ingredients, they are a snap to make. I like them because they are not breaded and they are baked instead of being fried for a carb healthy snack. You can use light cream cheese and light cheddar cheese to cut some of the fat, too, but I'm posting the full fat version that I originally tasted. I promise that you will not be able to resist these little puppies!

    Recipe #473386

I found this on the "Six Sisters' Stuff" blog and they linked it from "Your Home Based Mom." This is a versatile Mexican chicken dish that can be served on a salad with black beans and avacado, in quesadillas or over tortilla chips, taco style. It is a sweeter dish as apposed to being spicy. I've also included the OAMC/freezer instructions.

    Recipe #474527

Here is a healthy, eye-opening take on a traditional taco. From greatist.com

    Recipe #474533

This wrap is a snap to prepare and is a nice change from a boring sandwich for lunch. Just make as directed and microwave right before eating. If you don't have a microwave available, don't worry...it's still tastes great cold!

    Recipe #474566

This recipe was found on a food blog and it uses ingredients that you probably have in your fridge to make a healthy version of a classic taco salad.

    Recipe #474541

This one is from Michelle at The Clothes Make the Girl. It is a wonderful Paleo recipe that incorporates the taste of the islands to spice up boring chicken breasts. The recipe for the cauliflower is included. This recipe makes enough for 2 but is easy to double or triple to feed a family.

    Recipe #474709

Here's a tasty vegetarian option that couples mango with feta cheese for a healthy lunch and one of your daily fruit servings. Bonus points at the fact that it takes under 10 minutes to prepare!

    Recipe #474567

I found this on a site called "Rubies & Radishes" and I am posting for safe keeping. I love chicken mole and I am hoping that I can make this and it's tastes just as good as the moles that I've had in restaurants. This was also listed as a Paleo recipe.

    Recipe #474710

I found this recipe on site called Kalyn's Kitchen and my family loves it! You would never guess that it's a healthy recipe with as quickly as it disappears in my house. The chops get extremely tender and the sauce is slightly spicy without being overkill. Make sure you use a spatula to get the chops out in one piece because they tend to get "fall apart" tender.

    Recipe #474711

Here's a twist on the usual Mexican carnitas...add some BBQ spices and citrus juices and you have this Tex Mex dish. Serve on lettuce leaves for a low carb option. (Recipe is from lifeasaplate.com)

    Recipe #474719

Here's a recipe for classic comfort food that uses updated ingredients to cut down on fat. Greek yogurt replaces sour cream and black beans add protein without adding fat. (found on "Tasty Kitchen")

    Recipe #474773

This sounds delicious and super easy to make. It uses low-fat ingredients whenever possible to cut back on fat and calories. For more recipes, check out the Six Sisters' Stuff site!

    Recipe #474790

I found this in a Southern Living magazine and I'm dying to try it! Prep is simple since it only has 5 ingredients. I will update this description once I make it. I will also be using 6 oz chicken breasts and I will adjust ingredients and time as necessary.

    Recipe #475936

I found this one on the Cooking Light website and I can't wait to try it! Use reduced fat and reduced sodium ingredients to make this as healthy as possible. You can also add chicken to change this from a vegetarian to a carnivore dish.
