This is a no bake, no cook recipe that tastes like strawberry shortcake and starts with TWINKIES!! It is very easy to prepare, but it does need to chill several hours, so plan ahead :)

    Recipe #29829

These are chewy, fudgy, SUPER EASY cookies that you can probably make right now! I have watched these disappear time and again and everyone is always asking for the recipe. It is almost embarrassing to give it out, it is that easy :) Enjoy! (12/14/06: I wanted to add that Betty Crocker has updated this recipe by adding 1 tsp. vanilla extract, but I don't want to change the original recipe.) *12/22/07: Please see my tips at the end of the recipe! **12/23/08: Betty Crocker has now added a version of the same exact recipe in which the cookie dough balls are rolled in granulated sugar instead of powdered sugar. I've tried this and they're also very good.

    Recipe #32614

This recipe is a time saver on TWO levels. One, if you were going to make traditional tamales, this recipe cuts the time in half! The prep work is much quicker and so is the cooking time. Two, this recipe starts with cooked shredded meat. That means, LEFTOVERS from another meal--such as a beef roast, pulled pork, grilled chicken, even take-out! So when you prepare one meal during the week, you are actually getting a head-start on the appetizers for your weekend gathering! Isn't that EXCITING!?!

    Recipe #439669

Delectable dessert that's easy as one, two, three!

    Recipe #413696

This is one of my family's favorite coffeecakes. The original recipe called for 3/4 cup evaporate milk with 1 Tbls. lemon juice in it and it was very good. However, using the sour cream and milk makes it even better. It is so moist and tender and delicious you will have to eat seconds! Works well for company or to give as a gift too. I always prepare it on Saturday night for Sunday morning. Just cover lightly with a towel.

    Recipe #91789

This is a great cake I make often. It can be a snack cake or can go to potluck or also makes a wonderful birthday cake. Very moist and chocolaty. I sent this recipe to my grandmother and she now makes this cake often also. Our whole family loves it! A great way to use that left over coffee!

    Recipe #46519

Very elegant and luscious, this is my long-time favorite pie! It's wonderful made with Hershey's Special Dark Chips, but any chocolate chips will do just fine. Plan on making the pie early in the day (or the night before) so that it has enough time to chill. Enjoy!

Yummy version of the candy bar.

    Recipe #34569

This makes a big 13x9 pan of brownies, using a brownie box mix. Super easy and looks gormet when you are done! (Be sure to buy the box mix that says that it makes a 13x9 recipe or you'll have problems.) The mix I use is by Betty Crocker.

    Recipe #147796

This is a recipe that I adopted from a sweet chef by the name of CBW. A real doll. "I always plan a crock pot meal for Sunday afternoon so that it's all ready after church, and I wanted something different than the chicken we usually end up with. This was a big hit!"

    Recipe #64138

I received these from Pamela's annual baking exchange and thought that I'd share the recipe.

Pineapple Mimosa was changed to Hawaiian Sunrise suggested by KelBel's DH and I did like it so I went for it. A toast to kelBel and her DH!!! I made this to help the campagne go a little farther and I wish we had an other bottle of champagne because we enjoyed these so.

    Recipe #100837

These have a wonderful texture - buttery, melt-in-your-mouth soft, yet a little crunchy. The cornstarch makes this shortbread especially tender, while the addition of oatmeal give it a bit of crunch. Using old-fashioned oats instead of quick-cooking will provide more crunch. Recipe by Elinor Klivans. These can be made ahead and frozen up to 3 months. Wrap them tightly with plastic wrap, then seal in a clean plastic/metal container.

If you like General Tzo's Chicken, you will probably like this flavorful dish. It is both sweet and spicy and is very easy to make. It can be served with rice, or you can leave the chicken breasts whole, glazed with the spicy honey-orange sauce. It is very easy to adjust the ingredients to fit your family's taste. This recipe was adapted from a recipe that was given to me by a friend.

    Recipe #187317

Easy to prepare and fun to serve.

This is a delicious dessert for when you want cheesecake but would like to omit the guilt that comes from eating a traditional cheesecake. I really enjoyed this and I am looking forward to trying out other flavors and combinations!
