    I'm tired of store bought poor tasting meat like meats, I want something vegetarian that is satisfying, tasty, and works for those times when I want a "burger" & fries or other "meat" food.

    These burgers are a nice change from the beef. They taste delicious! Put them on toast, buns, or just on a plate. Serve with your favorite garnish.

    Originally called the Ploughman's Sandwich, I have changed this to a vegetarian sandwich by leaving out 5 oz. corned beef. Feel free to add it if you want to! The original recipe also called for Irish cheddar cheese to be soaked in Guinness beer for 2 hours. Hmmm. This is supposed to be one serving! I'm calling it two servings!     Great veggie burger. I like serving these guys in a pita (because the patties are delicate and tend to break... but in a pita pocket, it's all good! You know!) with lettuce, cucumber and raita or chutney.
