Taken from Gourmet Traveller magazine. This salad should have a balance of sweet, salty and sour.

    Recipe #427061

This came in one of my emial. Sounds like a simple way to soften this so called "rice" for your recipes. I can't wait to try this.

    Recipe #111588

This recipe was given to me by my neighbor who is one of my closest friends. The combination of the coconut milk, coconut oil, sweet potato and carrots is absolutely wonderful! Placing her recipe here for safekeeping.

A savoury shortbread to serve with drinks dips, soups or with platters. Keeps for up to 4 days in an airtight container.

    Recipe #395250

Haven't made this, but it sounds good! The recipe calls for 6 fresh corn cobs, so I looked up the conversion charts, which suggests that 1 medium corn cob yields about 3/4 cup of corn. That would be 4.5 cups of frozen or canned corn, which sounds like rather a lot, to 200 gr of potatoes, which is about one large potato. Although the corn is pureed, which would make a difference. So I'm going to suggest 3 cups corn, but if you feel that this is too much, or too little, adjust accordingly. And let us know! :D Recipe comes from "Gourmet Stews And Mash".

I love flavoured oils but they can be so expensive so these 3 recipes from super food ideas I think will come in very handy. Each recipe makes 1/3 cup and I have put the quantities and times as if making all 3.

    Recipe #393695

Ideal for grilling; however, it can be baked in the oven. Serve with a cucumber salad and rice. Prep time does not include marinating time.

    Recipe #466540

Recipe comes from the Food Network magazine. Looks (and sounds) healthy and delicious!

A magazine find that I plan to try soon. Our lamb shanks vary a lot in size, so you may need to serve 2 sometimes.

Personaly I dont like mushrooms, but made this for dinner because the rest of the family enjoy them, and they loved these. I served these with meat but it seems it would go down well as a side to anything.....or just on its own for vegetarians. Served as a dish this recipe would serve 4 or as a main it would serve 2.

From Recipes+ a delicious breakfast dish, I have made this but scaled it back for 1, you could make in individual dishes and serve in those dishes, have posted for 4 as per recipe. They recommend you can use salami instead of ham, so if you like a bit of bite try hot salami.
