This can be a delicious meatless meal, or you can add some browned meat or sausage to the mix before it settles in the crockpot to cook while you are busy. Serve with warm tortillas.

    Recipe #178392

My son says he has eaten lasagna in so many restaurants, trying to find one as good as mine, but never has. So every time we visit him in Michigan I'm sure to make this for him.

    Recipe #30958

This recipe is so wonderful I had to share with everyone! Spicy and delicious - it's like a Mexican Lasagna! Makes a lot of servings and would be great for those Cinco de Mayo parties! From allrecipes.com and Kathi McClaren.

While I haven't yet tried this crock pot dish, it sounds wonderful. If you try it before me, pls let me know how it is!

Crank up your crock pot, check out your cupboard, chop up some cheese and cook up some chicken. Serve over rice and top with guacamole.

    Recipe #37968

I have adopted this recipe from Mean Chef. This is one of my favorite recipes. The pork is sweet, succulent and falling apart tender. Fabulous served alone, on rolls, in tortillas.

    Recipe #26257

These are a deliciously healthy, filling meal, and good for both everyday eating and when your vegetarian guests come over for dinner! My non-vegetarian husband doesn't even miss the meat when I fix these. This is a *big* batch, so plan on leftovers. :) Good for picnics & potlucks, too... see note below.

    Recipe #49461

From Better Homes and Gardens 75 years of all time favorites.I have made this many times and it is very good, very simple and not costly to make.Serve with salad and good crusty bread to mop up the sauce and ENJOY!!!!Chicken can be subbed for the shrimp.

    Recipe #79254

This recipe is from Taste of Home. It is a very light tasting marinade and very quick to prepare.

    Recipe #83165

Herby, spicy shrimp with a kick, in a buttery-beer "sauce". Fast, easy and delicious, serve as an appetizer, or a dinner over rice or with lots of crusty French bread to soak up all the tasty, herbalicious sauce!

This has to be one of the most amazing chicken dishes I have ever made or eaten. It's really scary to watch people just attack this dish and practically inhale it in one breath. Brush up on your Heimlich Maneuver, people do get a little over-enthusiastic over this. Prep time includes marinating time.

    Recipe #76930

Fast, complete, and easy meal. I make one chicken packet and one salmon packet as I am a vegetarian. I got this recipe from Reynolds.

    Recipe #76757

A quick and easy casserole prepared in the microwave. My DH and father both like this recipe and neither will eat other tuna casserole recipes. Dill sauce adds a great, unique flavor. Taken from Taste of Home, but we added the jalepeno.

    Recipe #76764

I got this recipe from a friend who got it from a Betty Crocker cookbook. A very quick and easy mexican casserole. Great reheated as well.

    Recipe #76746

This recipe was from another site. It has become one of our favorites as either a meal or an appetizer when cut into squared pieces. I sometimes double the sauce mixture and freeze half for a quick meal at a later date.

    Recipe #76745

This is great for times when you don't want to cook, but still want a hot meal. My Dad has always made it, and over the years I have tweaked his recipe a bit. It is very easy to make, takes very little time, and the leftovers are great. It is a meal in itself, though I sometimes enjoy it with a couple of warm flour tortillas.

    Recipe #10239

This is a recipe that I adopted from a sweet chef by the name of CBW. A real doll. "I always plan a crock pot meal for Sunday afternoon so that it's all ready after church, and I wanted something different than the chicken we usually end up with. This was a big hit!"

    Recipe #64138

Also requires 2 empty food cans (4-inches wide) and deep dish pizza pan (12 to 14-inch )
