    Sweet squash and spicy sausage...Mmmm! A great fall dish. I made this recipe up after searching for the perfect stuffed squash recipe-I think this is it!The stuffing would also be delicious in turkey or chicken. The squash can be cooked ahead of time-you may need to bake longer after stuffing.

    One night my mom made up this easy recipe and my daughter begs for it weekly! It's only 4 ingredients and takes 1/2 hour to cook! I have made it using fresh cut potatoes and it works out just as good, but just takes a little longer to cook.     WOW - who would have thought that four simple ingredients could be SO good?! My 14-year-old stepson calls these "Italian Cupcakes." This is just the basic recipe. I usually add chopped onion to the meat, and you can ad-lib with anything you have on hand: pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms, seasonings, etc. But they are also delicious just like this, and SO easy to prepare!
