very yummy! we really enjoyed this.

    Recipe #29493

A slow cooker pork roast with a sweet and lightly spiced glaze by Diana Rattray. Sent to me in an e-mail from About.com. (Haven't tried this yet, but it sounds delicious and looks so easy to make.)

    Recipe #325792

I clipped this recipe from Taste of Home magazine several years ago and have found it to be the best-tasting easy beef and broccoli stir-fry. It is credited to Ruth Stahl. I often use charcoal chuck steak, which is very tender and lean. I also like that it doesn't call for any unusual ingredients.

This is one of the best recipes I've come up with for beef roast. The cheapest cuts come out tasting like you slaved over a stove all day long. You can add potatoes and carrots to the recipe if you like, or shred it and serve it as a French Dip sandwich with the au jus juice from the crock pot on the side. If you are watching your sodium, use the lite soy sauce and it will taste just as delicious.

A great brunch item! One of my husbands favorite filling, baked, french toast style, sandwiches filled with cheese, ham, turkey & mustard. Raspberry preserves is a must for him. Could be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is a LESSER FAT Monte Cristo recipe being baked and not fried full of flavor! I also like to buy the low salt cold cuts or use fresh baked turkey leftovers sliced thin.

Ahhhh, I just had to put my zaar name on this one. I finally came up wtih one heck of a recipe, in my opinion and wanted to share it. One night, I was tired of measuring stuff out and trying to find a new way to cook my fish, so I combined some of my favorite flavors and came up with this. I'm thinking I may add a bit of ground red pepper to it too for a bit of a bite. Added: thanks for the great reviews!!! A note, I haven't used the dry garlic lately, as I'm really enjoying the freshly minced. I did try elephant garlic, because I got a ton of it free from a local farmer and it turned out much milder, but I liked it better with regular ol' garlic!

These hot dogs are great for quick dinners, on the BBQ or for camping...and are always well received! Because they are cooked in foil, they have a handy wrapper to hold them without getting your hands messy. Very good! (I cut the calories in half by choosing turkey or non-fat hot dogs and light or non-fat mayo and cheese slices).

These sweet and spicy chicken tenders can be served as either an appetizer or an entree. This recipe was created by Todd Wilbur from Top Secret Recipes - www.TopSecretRecipes.com.

Only one pan to wash with this wonderful casserole type dish which combines potatoes, rosemary, onions and garlic with quartered boneless chicken thighs and fresh spinach.

    Recipe #78707

Quick, healthy and delicious. Just pop the four ingredients into the Crock-Pot in the morning and you'll have a great-tasting meal for dinner. This would also be great for larger gatherings.

    Recipe #16687

This is a recipe I have been making for yonks now.....I first devised it about 18 years ago, when I was following Rosemary Connely's "Hip & Thigh Diet"!! It's a very easy low fat chicken dish, which can be pan fried or baked in the oven - I prefer the latter method, it's much easier! Serve it with a medley of gently steamed vegetables, rice or pasta. (NB: PLEASE note, one of the reviewers has stated that she cooked this in a crockpot!! I would NEVER suggest cooking this recipe in a crockpot, that's why it is NOT mentioned as a cooking method ANYWHERE in the recipe - only pan-fried or oven baked. Thanks! )

    Recipe #33105

This is a winter-time favorite. Nothing warms your chilled bones better than a hot bowl of thick, meaty stew. This recipe can also be used with beef.

You can eat as much of this 0-point Weight Watchers cabbage soup as you like. It's so good for you.

    Recipe #128956

A light white fish, prepared quick and easy for a delicious meal!

Having grown up with these, I didn't realize that most folks have never heard of a wet burrito. It is a meat and bean (or all meat or all bean) burrito with a spicy gravy and cheese on top. They are available here in many restaurants, and no self respecting bar would be without one on the menu, lol! Once you try them, you'll never go back to "dry" burritos again! Don't let the long list of directions scare you, these are easy!
