The meat I prefer to use in this recipe is ground pork but it can be substituted with either lean ground beef or ground turkey. For vegetarian meatballs I use *Morning Star Breakfast Sausage patties.
*Prep for vegetarian meatballs is basically the same. However the measurements and cooking is a bit different. I will post if there is request for it.
I belong to a recipe club by mail as well. This is a recipe that I got from the club. Its so easy and the kids love it. I make this when I don't feel like making a three course meal. This is a one dish-meal.
This is a very easy recipe to make. The mushrooms, chicken cubes, creamy sauce and Parmesan cheese mixed with spaghetti noodles makes for a great dinner. My whole family loves it and asks for it often. This recipe is from my My Great Recipes card file.
This recipe is from my My Great Recipes card file. This is the easiest stuffed manicotti recipe I've ever used and its delicious. My whole family likes it and asks for it often. Give it a try, I think you'll like it.
This recipe came from my Better Homes and Gardens Recipe Card Library. Its dated 1976. This is a delicious dish. Serve immediately when done cooking, since cooked cabbage tends to water out and may cause the sauce to thin. Trust me on this.
I had this for Christmas dinner this year. It turned out quite well. Pretty easy to do too. I used an 18 qt. electric roaster. I cooked 16 lbs. of country style pork ribs for about 12 hrs. at 225. All 16 lbs. were cooked to perfection. No turning was necessary unless you want to. Enjoy!
This recipe came from my husbands grandmothers recipe card file. Its pretty old. We all love it, and I hope you do too. You can play around with this recipe and add what you want to suit your tastes. I prefer it as it is.
This recipe goes real well with my Lumpia recipe. This came from the same party as the Lumpia did. Awesome, tender and very tasty. No monkeys were harmed in any way in the preparation of this recipe. Enjoy!
