This recipe came out of my hometowns' Extension Homemakers Cookbook published in 1977. It's a favorite of mine and now my married daughter has made it a favorite for her family. I had this for Christmas dinner this year. It turned out quite well. Pretty easy to do too. I used an 18 qt. electric roaster. I cooked 16 lbs. of country style pork ribs for about 12 hrs. at 225. All 16 lbs. were cooked to perfection. No turning was necessary unless you want to. Enjoy!
I love to make this chicken and then I use the leftover cooked chicken for another meal. It is so moist and juicy!!! I do use Paula Deen's House Seasoning, which I will include a 1/4 of the recipe of it in the directions section.

I make these for DH and friends for Football Sunday's. They love them. They are very easy to make and everybody can help themselves and add their own condiments. Serve with chips and plenty of cold beer! They are sure to disappear! I leave the green peppers out since I hate them! This is a great recipe to take to a potluck and can easily be doubled.
