This is a quick and easy way to prepare pork chops. All ingredients are those that you probably always have on hand.

    Recipe #133340

My husband is from south Louisiana and I've had to learn to cook Cajun/Creole recipes. This is our quick take on red beans & rice.

    Recipe #337130

This is a somewhat tweaked version of a recipe I found in the 2007 Taste of Home The Busy Family Cookbook, & then it was reduced to serve 2 of us!

    Recipe #462995

This recipe was in our Town's newspaper and was delicious. It can be made with Chicken or Ribs too.

    Recipe #426361

This recipie was inspired by #269690 with alterations to our family's taste. My husband and I made this for some friends while on vacation and it was a huge hit, even with all the children ranging from 8 to 18. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do. This is a very popular request for meals at our house.

    Recipe #327920

My family loves this quick and easy meal. It is easy to double if needed.

A Polish-Italian quick fix main dish!

    Recipe #58823

Mom made this when I was growing up and a favorite among the seven of us. Mom would make it in a deep cast iron frying pan. She would have dad get his serving out and then the rest of us could eat, otherwise dad wouldn't get any. I will suggest something that you may think ewwwww....but try it. Serve this dish with celery stuffed with peanut butter. It is EXCELLENT.

    Recipe #85464

Very easy as a main dish or as filling for a sandwich. A short list of ingredients and it cooks up quick. For a sandwich, I use the large sandwich rolls and top it off with a couple of spoonfuls of salsa, but you could try it with a slice of provolone cheese and some mustard as well.

Clipped from a magazine years ago. Sort of like a sweet and sour Kielbasa with tang! Quick and easy for those of us one the go.

These have a really good sweet onion BBQ sauce on them. At first I thought that 1/4 c. would be way too much onion, but it cooks in really well, and the sauce isn't overpowered by them at all. The original recipe called for this amount of sauce on 5 chops, but I usually only put in 3 chops (I'm not a fan of left-over meat and I'm only cooking for 2). If you were to make 5 chops, I would suggest doubling the sauce. Also, depending on the type of chop, you may not need to cook as long (I've used small boneless loin chops and they only took about 1 hr 15 min)

The cumin, lime, and cilantro combined with the kick of red pepper makes this a great, Cuban-style dish. Serve with some crusty bread, and you're good to go!

    Recipe #281298

This is a crockpot recipe that I adapted to the stovetop, making a simple and delicious meal a fast one also. If using a crockpot, combine all ingredients and cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

    Recipe #112940

This is an easy to prepare, healthy, low-fat and delicious meal. What can beat that.

    Recipe #27978

The taste of the chops soaks into the corn for a really good flavor. Very easy and cheaper than most. My sister Cris loves these.

    Recipe #112160

This recipe came from my Mother and has been a hit with my new husband and his family also. It's very easy, and you can substitute BBQ sauce for the ketchup and sugar if you like.
