From the 1990 Celebrate Minnesota Cookbook, submitted by the City of Bricelyn.

    Recipe #124477

Not being a big fan of Barbecue, but Loving a man who LOVES it, i have to give in once in a while. Here's my take ( and I think Ry's favorite), on the classic. Made with Pre-made Barbecue Sauce ( I Prefer BullsEye) Its baked in the oven for convenience.

    Recipe #338079

A very good Asian dish with a controllable hot factor. Adjust the red pepper flakes to your taste. Serve with a small cold green salad.

    Recipe #57310

I got this recipe from a blog called Kalyn's Kitchen. I made it tonight and it is plate licking good. We felt the sauce was just perfect, not too much of anything. The sauce is a little thin but delicious. Hope you like it.

    Recipe #159121

A healthy alternative to regular fried chicken, this is easy and very tasty. Low in fat and carbs.

    Recipe #55836

Adapted from Simply Recipes. Prep time doesn't include marinating. High heat is used for this recipe because it is a stir fry of sorts.

    Recipe #466042

From saving dinner by Leanne Ely. Nice mid-week dinner to have as a change of pace.

Really good, simple recipe! Really yummy wings. I never have any leftovers. Marinating time is added in prep time.

This is my family's favorite chicken dish. It has great flavor and is so easy to make!!

This is sooo easy to make, and everyone thinks you spent a lot of time making it. The cooking technique is what really makes this recipe work so well. You'll probably end up using this technique a lot; I sure do. (I made Kittencal's Easy and Delicious Ranch-Parmesan Chicken this way and it was amazing.) OK, back to the recipe; I use only 1/2 as much butter as the original recipe called for but I am posting it exactly as I received it. I think 2 tablespoons butter is plenty but you judge for yourself. So, keep in mind that you can cut the fat considerably by reducing the butter. I also use regular 1 or 2% milk instead of half and half when that's all I have around. It always comes out delicious. You can use this recipe for pork chops, too.

Don't know where I found this one... but I love the idea of changing it up with just a few different ingredients-- besides it inspires you to think of even more ways to try it!

Chicken beasts bathed in a fragrant sauce make a delicate dish, perfect for dinner parties. Serve with rice to complete the meal. This is out of my Mexican Recipes cookbook...Yep...that's the name of the book...

My mom was cleaning out one of her closets and came across several folders full of recipes that she had clipped from magazines and newpapers over the years. This appears to have come from an advertisement for a Weight Watchers Cookbook called "Quick Cooking for Busy People". I don't know if they used the same point system back then as they do now but this claims to be worth 4 points. Anyway, it's a quick and tasty way to make chicken!

    Recipe #367207

A nice casserole to use as a side dish or to take to pot lucks.

    Recipe #62820

A very light and delicious recipe for the pasta lovers. Your family will love it and it looks great on a plate.

    Recipe #19737

Easy-peasy and good. This recipe works best using real butter.

We love this chicken recipe. I don't know who it's from, but it's on a worn piece of paper in my recipe box. Very tasty, and so easy. The sauce gets thick and coats the chicken so nicely. You can control the heat by increasing or decreasing the amount of pepper flakes. I also like to add more garlic, about 5 cloves total. Great with rice and a steamed veggie, and the kids like it too.

A favorite at our house. I got this off of a box of bisquick about 30 years ago and have been making it ever since.
