A Southern classic that is delicious and easy to make. The sauce is a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce that cooks with the meat, flavoring both the sauce and meat. My family loves this dish! Thanks BarbiAnn!

My friend Paula gave me this recipe years ago and I make it frequently. My family loves these meatballs. This goes together really quickly and they turn out so sweet, moist and delicious!

I am a retired caterer. I have used this recipe for many years. Everyone I have served it too seems to just love it and always come back for seconds. Its one of the simplest and easiest fried chicken recipes you will ever prepare. The Ritz cracker crumbs were used many years ago as a last minute substitute for saltines. I think this was a one of my best substitutes ever. Needless to say I never used saltines again. I hope you enjoy!

I was surprised to see that there are so many burrito casseroles on Zaar, but no one has posted an actual beef burrito recipe. Here is my recipe for the much loved Ground Beef Burrito! The key to this burrito in achieving that authentic Mexican flavor and mouth feel, is in the method for cooking the ground beef. If you decide to brown your ground beef or follow the directions on the spice package, you will end up with a totally different product.

"Papas" is the word for "potatoes" in Quechua, the language of the Incas. Potatoes, which originated in Peru, are one of the most important foods to come from the New World. This casserole was inspired by the cuisine of Peru. Please note: this is not a recipe for sauce served over pasta.

An easy one dish meal that can easily be made ahead and re-heated. One of my families favorites

Recipe #103675

A mildly spicy stir-fry. Serve over hot rice. As suggested by several reviewers, the sauce can be doubled. Just double the marinade ingredients and the water and cornstarch.

This is a very rich and fairly easy recipe to make. It can be heated up to your taste. We like a lot of heat in our food. You can scale the heat down to your own liking. This would be a great dish to take to pot-lucks. I found this recipe in Taste of Home's Casserole Cookbook and made changes for our liking. Served with spanish rice and a green salad this makes a great dinner. This dish can be made ahead, add additional bake time after refidgerated.

This is a Better Homes & Garden's recipe and my family loves it.

Recipe #74350

This is another recipe that I have baked over the years that I cannot remember where the recipe came from. This one is different as it isn't overloaded with cheeses.

This divine recipe was given to us from our friends Brian and Heidi (Breidi). Easy to make and mouthwatering to boot! A crowd-pleaser that goes great with mashed potatoes or rice. Sirloin tip roast is preferred but you can use whatever kind of roast you like.

Recipe #397602

This is a great quick recipe that's meatless and light. You can lighten it even more by using lower fat ingredients. Great for kids to make! This is a microwave recipe, but can be made in the oven. Also, ricotta cheese is easily substituted for the cottage cheese, if you prefer!

Recipe #131058

This is my finest, most elegant, Sunday Dinner roast. Cook a little longer for medium.
