A variation from the classic paella. From Canadian Living magazine. When I make this dish, I choose to use chicken breast instead.

    Recipe #58838

I just made this after posting - I knew it would be good because I had it marked as a keeper, but it had been so long since I made it I couldn't remember any specific details. After making it again, the only thing wrong was that I didn't make enough for my family of five! They also requested more shrimp : ) I'll be doubling the recipe in the future.....

    Recipe #271765

A nice take on the traditional quiche!

    Recipe #126246

I love this Crock-Pot chicken recipe for two reasons: one, my family loves it and two, it is so easy to make! I got this recipe from my sister. She has two children of her own, and they love it too! It's also the best leftovers in the world -- if there are any!

    Recipe #89204

This is another recipe from Alberta, Company's Coming. Gourmet-style chicken, yet easy to do and so attractive to serve.

    Recipe #125319

This sounds like a simple way to jazz up a humble piece of chicken, can't wait to try it!

    Recipe #332488

This is a recipe that I've used for years. It's so quick and easy for a week night meal and has such wonderful flavor.

This recipe was given to me about 24 years ago from a very special lady. who touched my life in many ways. It sounds odd. but tastes good.

Wonderful blend of flavors and super simple! Makes for a nice twist on boring chicken. Can also cook in skillet or paninin press.

    Recipe #288061

Another take on one of those great low fat recipes from the Podleski sisters. This one gives you extra-tasty oven barbecued chicken thighs.

I got this recipe from a nurse at work. We're always sharing easy and family-pleasing recipes. The sauce tastes like a creamy Alfredo sauce. This is great with noodles.

My Husband found this on Food Network by Ellie Krieger. I haven't tried it yet but it's healthy and sounded good.

This is another great way to make something great ahead of time to thaw as needed or eat right now with little effort!

    Recipe #79944

I found this recipe in Southern Living years ago and have made it often. It's especially good when people come for dinner: quick, easy, great flavor and looks nice on a serving platter. The original recipe calls for a jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained, but I prefer a can of plain artichoke hearts. The recipe only serves two, be sure to double or triple as needed.

    Recipe #107742

Another fabulous recipe from the Barefoot Contessa, Ina Garten.

I came up with this recipe last year-it was one of those-hmmm, here's what we got now let's make something. It's very good and the whole family likes it. You can sub broccoli for the spinach if you like.

Adapted from Company's Coming Make Ahead meals by J. Pare.
