The book doesn't give the servings but measuring with water, the large cup holds about 2-1/2 cups. Based on a suggestion, I have switched the order of onions and tomatoes...in the original recipe from Magic Bullet, the onions go in first and the tomatoes third. Please feel free to adjust any of the ingredients to your taste ... everyone has different tastes and what pleases one person may not please the next. Thank you for your suggestions to make this a better recipe.

    I train at martial arts for an hour a day, often I am hungry afterwards but don't want a proper meal. I came up with this to fill the gap so to speak. The combination of fruits can be varied, I usually use what fruits are in season. You must use banana as a base as it provides potassium which is lost by the body during physical activity. The linseeds provide essential fatty acids and provide a bulking agent to make you feel full. I use a magic bullet to make this but a regular processor will also work

    Not all bean dip comes out of that creepy little can. You can make hearty, delicious, all-natural bean dip in seconds. This dip is great both warm and cold. If you go for the warm version, try adding 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese to the ingredients before you blend it. (If you don't have room, partially mix the ingredients, then add the cheese.) Take the blade off, place the Shaker/Steamer Top on the cup and microwave for about 2-3 minutes (until warm throughout). Give the dip another quick Pulse or two, then serve immediately. Black beans can be substituted with pinto beans, white beans, whatever you're into. ** Black Bean Sauce ** Add a cup of broth to make a perfect sauce for pouring over chicken or fish. ** Black Bean Soup ** Add 2 cups of broth to make a zesty, flavorful soup -- a great way to use any leftover dip. Throw in a few shrimp for a real treat.
