A fast and healthier way to serve Chimichangas than the traditional deep fried. These are very good, and you may dress them up to you own preference. I like to serve with green chile sauce sometimes instead of the picante sauce.

    Recipe #28148

This is a wonderful lower-fat restaurant-quality dish that is easy to make, I also like to add in a few tablespoons of capers and cook with the lemon glaze if you are a lover of capers then add them in as it really adds to the flavour of this dish --- this lemon sauce is not a heavy creamy sauce which is what makes this dish lower in fat, it is more like a glaze that soaks into the chicken, and I would strongly suggest to double or even triple the glaze I most always do, and please be certain to use only dry breadcrumbs as fresh will not stick to the chicken as well --- this is *very* good!

    Recipe #129345

These are wonderful and are almost too healthy to be true. Lots of calcium, protein, fiber, etc. I usually eat them without any topping and just keep popping them in my mouth! Yum. But a good jam will do them nicely as well.

    Recipe #43072

This chicken tastes so great that it is great to have for dinner even when you're not on a diet.

    Recipe #185342

Great WW recipe from a meeting. 8Points plus per serving.

    Recipe #162379

Love balsamic vinegar, hope you enjoy this chicken. Note; I have found that it's better with boneless, skinless chicken breast or boneless, skinless thighs. Baking time may be less due to size.

Very tasty, you can make it as hot or as mild as you want. Quick easy dish - no muss no fuss

    Recipe #33105

Weight Watchers Muffins - 2 point each! They taste like pumpkin pie!

    Recipe #145312

This is a recipe I have been making for yonks now.....I first devised it about 18 years ago, when I was following Rosemary Connely's "Hip & Thigh Diet"!! It's a very easy low fat chicken dish, which can be pan fried or baked in the oven - I prefer the latter method, it's much easier! Serve it with a medley of gently steamed vegetables, rice or pasta. (NB: PLEASE note, one of the reviewers has stated that she cooked this in a crockpot!! I would NEVER suggest cooking this recipe in a crockpot, that's why it is NOT mentioned as a cooking method ANYWHERE in the recipe - only pan-fried or oven baked. Thanks! )

    Recipe #211485

This fabulous dessert is 3 WW points a serving and can be made with fresh, canned, or frozen fruit. It is adapted from a recipe in the "More With Less Cookbook." Incredibly easy to make, I fall back on this when unexpected company comes for dinner.

    Recipe #73927

This is based on the recipe by Bob Blumer from the "Surreal Gourmet Bites" cookbook. This simple caramelization method transforms this much maligned veggie into a knock-your-socks-off side dish or sweet snack that you won't be able to get enough of!

Quick, easy light flavor. I enjoy these with a green salad. Lite cooking so great for the waistline

    Recipe #33944

Family favorite. I usually serve this over rice.

Light and crunchy "chips" that are practically guilt free. Found this recipe on radicalhealth.com. I reduced the amount of salt called for in the original recipe thanks to some of the reviews.

Alternative "diet soup" that does not include cabbage. Recipe is from Good Housekeeping. To retain freshness and nutrients keep a 2 day supply of Basic Soup in the refrigerator. Pack remaining soup in 3 cup portions in airtight containers, leaving some room for expansion. Freeze.

    Recipe #21892

This is a delicious recipe, and one I have enjoyed many times. It would make an excellent appetizer for entertaining as well as a great dinner idea!

    Recipe #25033

Less than 1 gram of fat in each muffin but you wouldn't even know they are low-fat, these are even better the next day, and are just as delicious without the berries, of coarse you can use full-fat sour cream or yogurt, flavored yogurts only add to the taste of these muffins, I like to sprinkle a sugar/cinnamon mixture on top of each muffin before baking but that is optional, see note on bottom for doubling the recipe. For greasing see recipe#78579 --- visit www.kittencalskitchen.com for more low fat recipes!

    Recipe #227257

An individual muffin that you can whip up fresh and hot for breakfast. No flour or sugar and only 3 net carbs!!! Plus 7 grams of fiber. This little beauty is based on a recipe yogi told me about in the low carb forum. I have tweaked it to not use butter and to be a bit lighter in texture than the original. This recipe is suitable for phase 1 of the South Beach diet (the 3 tablespoons of ground flax seeds count as the portion of nuts allowed per day). I find these are very filling and prevent me from feeling starving all morning.

    Recipe #263983

A great recipe that I adapted from the SB Diet cookbook. Great for Phase 1 or beyond. This is pretty close to the original, with a few changes.
