Wonderful plate full of fresh veggies and salad greens topped with deliciously seasoned and slightly spicy grilled chicken breast. Another supper that will keep Mama out of the kitchen! Revised from “Grill Power” by Holly Rudin-Braschi NOTE: PLAN AHEAD: Needs to marinate for 20 minutes to overnight!

This is a recipe I came up with because I love broccoli and I like to stick to 3-4 pts for breakfast when I am on Weight Watchers. This quiche and 1 low fat english muffin keep me full until lunch.

I got this recipe at my weight loss meeting this week. Start the day off right with these moist, fat free, cholestrol free, high fiber muffins. These are 1 1/2 points per muffin.

    Recipe #62769

This recipe comes from a popular magazine. Use Recipe #280884 if you don't have a chinese dressing on hand.

This is my very own creation, I whipped this up one day quite by accident. I call this Joshua's favorite Tilapia, because my husband (like me) could eat this 7 nights a week if we could. This is the easiest way to cook Tilapia, and if you are watching those calories then you need not worry this is extremely low fat, oh and did I mention TO DIE FOR !!! This recipe is SIMPLE with FEW ingredients, but has the potential to add what ever you want. I like it AS IS !

    Recipe #115660

Grandma's favorite lasagna recipe. This recipe comes from Kaiser Permanente and is a great way to get all the delicious flavors of lasagna while cutting back on some of the fat and calories.
