A Great Appetizer or side. My roasted asparagus recipe below do have salt I do suggest to go easy or omit it in the roasting as the prosciutto is salty. This is great at room temperature so it can be prepared ahead of time. Or make with left over asparagus.

Think that all deviled eggs are basically the same?? Think again!!! The first time I made these, I literally piped the filing right into my mouth. I give props to Ann Hodgman for this one.

I was looking for make ahead appetizer for the holidays and found this one. It's hard enough during those times to get the "meal" on the table. I thought I'd make it a bit easier on the appetizers!

Our guests always enjoy these snacks. They are easy to make and can be stuffed with cooked chicken, ham, tuna, or just celery and onions for a vegetarian dish.

I'm already on record here at RZ that my hubby & I love devilled eggs. He has his favorite version, but these might become mine. Haven't made them yet, but they just sounded so good that I couldn't wait to share ... & preserve the recipe for myself. Recipe Source: California Egg Commission & I made only 1 sml chg ... subbed for the seasoning according to my preference. *** NOTE: Ingredient amts for mayo & blue cheese have been revised. ***

Jalapeno poppers crossed with shrimp and bacon? YES!

    Recipe #40398

Bake these bite-sized frittatas in a miniature muffin pan. They taste great hot or at room temperature, so you can make them in advance. You can use 4 large eggs in place of the egg whites, egg whites just make it lower in fat. Enjoy!

    Recipe #40664

I love making these appetizers at Christmas time. Always well received!! I'm guessing on the servings, depends on the size of the scallops.

I use the unused yolks crumbled for topping on a salad, or you can mix with mayo, celery seed, salt, and chives, etc., for a sandwich spread, like a tea sandwich. The time I posted is for using already cooked shrimp and already boiled eggs.

this is a nice appetizer served on short skewers, with chutney as the dipping condiment. prep time doesn't reflect marinating time

    Recipe #77298

Simple, delicious garlic prawns - we like these over noodles. Recipe is from Arun's restaurant in Chicago. Do not substitute oyster sauce for the fish sauce, they are not interchangeable. If you need to substitute the fish sauce, use either Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce.
