Adapted from Libby's crustless pumpkin pie recipe.

    Recipe #488308

Quick and easy sauce for your veggies at any meal.

    Recipe #47373

This recipe came from my brother-in-law with a few variations from me. Wonderful and flavorful with very few carbs. If you like your jerk chicken spicey, add more crushed red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper. Cooking time does not reflect marinating time.

Delicious and so easy to prepare. There have been questions about the accuracy of the carb count configured by According to the Splenda help site there are 12 gm of carbs in 1/2 cup and 24 gm in 1 cup. My recipe calls for 3/4 cup which I figure to be 18gm for the entire pie. I submitted this information to and received this answer. "dojemi, At this time, the nutritional facts are limited to what is available from the USDA's database, which has only the data for Splenda packets and not Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking." If you choose to make this pie please take this information into consideration. Thank you. dojemi

Hello, My daughter lives in the UK Cornwall Anyway we love spicy foods and this is a wonderful salsa recipe. Make it as hot or as mild as you want the flavor will still be wonderful. It can be doubled or tripled or whatever. This recipe will feed 4 adults a snack. Let me know what you think.

This tasty casserole is great for lunch, as a side dish, or a light supper. The recipe came from a cookbook called "Stand By Your Pan: Country Music Cookbook" by Diane Pfeifer. Her funny alternative country-music-inspired title for the recipe is "Don't Rock The Zuke Squash" :)

These little yummies need to be stored frozen because they melt really quickly, but you can eat them straight from the freezer.

I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Wifezilla's Way. These whip up in minutes and taste a lot like those cookies you get at the Chinese restaurant...only better!

    Recipe #333660

This is a recipe I came across on youtube, messed with a little bit and came up with a peanut butter cookie that is low carb and edible.

I used this recipe I found on as the "cake" portion of a low carb strawberry shortcake recipe I use for a dessert. Its pretty good. I'll post the shortcake recipe here shortly.

Delicious vegan ice cream using coconut milk. Altered from a recipe on A bit of a time commitment if you don't have an ice cream maker (like me) but so much cheaper than store bought vegan ice cream!

I got this recipe at a class I am taking at Whole Foods. Make sure the family does not see you making it - they will never guess it is healthy. It is really tasty. We estimated 8 1/2-cup servings, but be prepared to be asked for seconds. Prep time does not include chilling time.

This is a filling I really needed in a hurry one day, long ago, and created it on the spot with available ingredients. It's an easy and quick substitute for more involved recipes. Just one caveat: use a high-quality chocolate. The first ingredient on the list of ingredients on your chocolate slab should read "cocoa butter" or "cocoa solids", not sugar!!! Sometimes it's worth spending on an imported slab!

This comes from a book by William David, MD, "Wheat Belly". Dr. Martin believes that wheat is bad for far more people than we think. Further, some of the common substitutes for gluten-flours, such as potato starch or tapioca starch, are equally bad. I have to wait for the book to come off the new book display, but in the meantime I copied this recipe, which sounds good, The wraps can be stored for several days in the fridge, wrapped in plastic.

This is a simple low sugar version of a crustless apple crumble. Changing the type of apples will also allow for different flavors and textures. I have used Golden Delicious apples mixed with Empire apples and have been very pleased.

Quick & yummy recipe that I made last night, and LOVED! I used sliced pork loin instead of chops, and I didn't have any low-carb Italian, so used Woody's Parmesan Peppercorn, instead. And surprisingly, it didn't have a STRONG mustard flavor, even with 3 tbs of dijon. Another keeper from Better Homes & Gardens "Phase I Low Carb Recipes."

Spoon gravy over mashed cauliflower for a delicious treat!

    Recipe #221643

This is a great goulash that is free of sugar. We usually serve this over spaghetti squash but have also served over mock rice cauliflower. I make it in the crock pot and will add whatever vegetables I have on hand like mushrooms, string beans, etc
