    This recipe is taken from Recipe 84516, Low Carb Pizza, which is very tasty. I made some modifications to lower the number of calories. The original called for heavy cream, but most grocery stores now carry low-carb milk (Hood brand, green and blue cartons). Chicken and broccoli are a great finish on this "crust".

    Real pancakes, no pork rinds or soy flour- made with almond flour, baking powder, eggs, etc. I experimented with a combo of recipes and came up with a winner. I added pecan pieces to the batter, you could add blueberries or anything to make your favorite pancakes.

    Tastes like a pizza, cuts like a pizza, yet there is no dough....though do have a fork and knife on hand for eating purposes because it can get a little messy if eaten with hands only.
