    I have a recipe posted for taco seasoning and it's my go-to recipe anytime I need a package of taco seasoning mix - tastes so much better than the packaged stuff. For the last several years, I've written down the following recipe for every bridal shower I've attended where I was asked to bring a recipe. I finally decided that I should post it here. Serve with your favorite taco topping or as a salad or nachos. This recipe may also be used with ground turkey.

Even though she has outgrown all of them but milk, I still make meatloaf the exact same way that I did then.     This was originally a recipe for the crock pot. I tend not to use my crock pot too often for meals because I'm away from home for more than 10 hours and I don't have one that can be programmed. I've adapted it to be made on the stove top, but you could still make it in the crock pot. Just put all the ingredients in your crock pot and cook on low for 7-8 hours (or 3 1/2-4 hours on high).

I ended up not participating because there was a conflict. I didn't want to throw away the spinach and it was too hot for soup, so I came up with this one-dish meal. It was very filling and low-fat.
