    I love summertime and the easy fare typical to barbeques and picnics. Everything taste better from the grill and one can take advantage of the abundance of local produce, fresh picked and in season. The dieting danger is that typical American side dishes and salads are loaded up with mayo and other high calorie, high fat ingredients. In contrast, these recipes are relatively lowfat and healthful giving all of us some better options. Best part is they all look yummy and you, the family and guests will be none the wiser.
