    A wonderful, easy, delicious way to prepare salmon! I made this for Fathers day dinner and it was a hit!! I had some leftover herb butter so I mixed it with parmasean cheese and spread it over crusty bread, baked it, and it made a great garlic bread!!

    When we lived in Alaska, we would have a huge BBQ for all of our friends every summer. We would fix this grilled salmon along with grilled trout and deep fried halibut. This is our favorite way to eat salmon other than smoked. Prep time includes marinating.

    I savored this incredible dish at a great restaurant located in Washington County, Pennsylvania in 2001 and swore that I'd clone it ASAP. I did that fairly quickly after my tour of The Keystone State and, while the great mesh of flavors was still clear in my mind. I'm pretty happy with the result. Really, I like it hotter than this (I add more hot sauce at the table) but this level of heat seems to make most folks happy. Cooking time does not take into account the time it takes to cook the pasta. Enjoy!

    DH was in a rush to head out & I had these lovely jumbo fresh NC shrimp I wanted to cook up. Got this on the table in 25 minutes. Shell the shrimp & prep the vegies while the water boils for pasta & the meal is just about done! Serve with crusty warm bread & green salad with balsamic vinagrette. Mmmm! ps - Buster approves!
