This is a meatless variation that came from a Weight Watchers meeting. One cup is only one point! It is filling and just spicy enough. It can be made in a crock pot or on the stovetop. Do not drain any of the ingredients listed.

I love this recipe i dont usually eat soup but i thought up this recipe and gave it a go. i make it specially for my nephew who loves it.

    Recipe #223845

this is my chili recipe. it won the "people's choice" award last year at a superbowl party. it is a little spicy - but not too hot to enjoy. add cooked ground meat if you like, but i like this without. it is also nice to top it with chopped fresh jalapeno peppers. also - i use all organic ingredients. if you live near a trader joe's market, they sell all of these ingredients in organics for less money than the regular items cost at most grocery stores.

Delicious, lowfat bean soup with a Mexican seasoning. This is my kids favorite! I always double the recipe and freeze in small containers so they can take out and microwave. Very low in fat and delicious! Quick and easy too!

Vegetarian food to me up till this point has been pretty bland (plain steamed veggies) or super unhealthy (fried anything). This chilli is very satisfying and filling, and has the benefit of being healthy and delicious! The colors are gorgeous in the pot also. Sub in your favorite vegetables or beans to suit your taste or the season, or indeed, add meat, though I can't see you would need any animals here. I use Chugwater Chilli Mix (a spice mix with chili powder, garlic, spices and masa harina - try it if you can it is FABULOUS) but have tried to recreate the seasonings here. I am not insane by suggesting 1 can crushed tomatoes and 1 can whole, I just like the texture of the whole tomatoes better. The crushed tend to be too runny for my taste. Use one or the other, if that is all you have. All measurements are approximate.

Vegetarian Meatballs -- They really taste like the real thing!! We have fooled many people with this.

    Recipe #11582

This is a quick and healthy meatless soup. I usually serve it with cornbread.

    Recipe #29121

Sweet potatoes add an unexpected creaminess to the filling in these burritos. Serve the burritos on a bed of rice, if you like, with plenty of salsa. Enjoy!

An awesome vegetarian chili I found on another site and modified quite a bit. It can be made in the crock pot, if you have a large one, or on the stove, otherwise. Very little work, but a lot of taste!

    Recipe #209421

This is truly a "dump it in" recipe using canned veggies, but it tastes fresh due to the lime juice, cilantro and avocado; semi homemade I think they call it these days! Use this as a springboard, so to speak, and feel free to add a can of green chilis, onion, jalapenos, chicken, ground beef. . .you name it! It also freezes well.

    Recipe #323136

This gluten recipe is very versatile, so you can swap different oils and different herbs, such as oregano or basil. For thicker gluten, try adding a teaspoon of tahini. You can also use different chili pastes for the barbecue sauce or simply leave out the chili paste entirely. Adapted from Jason Wyrick, courtesy of GoVeg!

    Recipe #206771

Full of flavor and you can make it as spicy as you like! This is a vegetarian meal in itself, and adorned with tortilla chips, sour cream and cheese, you will go crazee for more! Freezes well too. Enjoy!

    Recipe #330877

This is an adaptation of a recipe originally published in "I Like Food, Food Tastes Good: In the Kitchen with Your Favorite Bands". It's a delicious curried lentil and cauliflower soup that's filling and incredibly nutritious, and it keeps beautifully for days! You can even make it ahead and freeze it. WARNING: IF YOU FOLLOW THIS RECIPE TO THE LETTER, IT IS EXTREMELY SPICY! PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!

    Recipe #264839

This is one of those good ol' down home meals. Add a pan of cornbread and you've got it made! You can obviously make this spicier by adding more chili powder, cayenne, jalapenos or just pass the Tabasco. Please note that the time shown is an estimate only as there will be a variance of heat from one crockpot to the next.

    Recipe #41246

A mellow, creamy, elegant chili. The long cooking time gives the beans a buttery soft texture.

Make a whole meal out of the French Vegetarian Classic while it is warm or offer it chilled as a salad course. Serve with a crusty bread and top with feta cheese, if desired. From the Best Slow Cooker Cookbook Ever.

    Recipe #58047

A hearty vegetarian curry prepared in the crock pot to allow flavors a long melding time, yielding a deep, savory, and, depending on your curry powder, explosive dish.

    Recipe #206165

December 26 and the last thing I want to see as another store. Desparation leads to inspiration and this was the result. A soupy chili with a complex flavor that is part spicy and smokey with slightly sweet undertones from the pineapple. Since this was a pantry clearing experiment, you should feel free to do the same. Replace the pink beans with kidney beans or use red peppers instead of green ones.

I don't know who Bluto is but this looks good! Very easy! From an email I received today!

    Recipe #128879

Veggie gumbo from the Grace Lutheran Church Cookbook I bought at a garage sale. The book doesnt say where Grace Lutheran is, but I thought it sounded great.
