This is as close as I was able to come to the Cheesecake Factory Key Lime Cheesecake--a little creamier than the other versions posted here, and I think closer to the original.

    Recipe #342573

This too came from my Buttercup book. It's a refreshing cheesecake with abit of added spice. Very important - to cook remember to bake for 15 at 400 and turn oven down to 350 for remainder. The best way to ensure it doesn't crack is to (this is what I do) I bake my cheesecake at the end of the night, this way I won't need the oven anylonger and my cheesecake can take it's time to do it's magic!

    Recipe #342465

I created this pie in my Advanced Food Class in college...It is light, delicious, and very simple to make! You can use whatever sliced fruit you like as a topping. During the holidays I use kiwi and strawberry (red and green!) and shape the kiwi into a christmas tree in the middle and surround the rest of the pie with sliced strawberries! :) Enjoy!

This special cheesecake is perfect at holiday time. The Amaretto (almond liqueur) gives it a special, festive flavor that is sure to please. I found the recipe at cooking .com, and have used it a few times now, and have had a good reception to it every time!!

    Recipe #324845

From a newspaper clipping in 1983 for 2 cheesecakes from Hartner's Restaurant. If you choose to cook the cheesecakes in the water bath, fill a pan with about 1/2" water and preheat that in the oven. I know, I know...some of the instructions are bit vague - size of cheesecake pan, amount of graham crackers, etc. However, I think anybody that bakes cheesecakes, will figure it out. This restaurant was well-known for their cheesecakes and figured the recipe was worth saving. So...don't fault me for it, please.

    Recipe #324871

From my mom. This cheesecake is a little different because it's not made in a springform pan.
