From the Four Seasons Hotel on Maui.

    Recipe #179874

Simple but delicious lamb from Bon Appetit. I only cook the lamb for 13 to 15 minutes because we like it medium-rare and by following the recipe, we think it's over cooked.

We love lamb and this is our favorite lamb stew. Often times, I just use leftovers from a leg of lamb for the meat.

I don't remember where I got this recipe, but it's one that we have enjoyed a lot. The times do not include marinating time.

Delicious roast chicken dish from Bon Appetit. The recipe doesn't call for garlic, but I add garlic to everything. I usually quarter the orange after I zest it and put it in the cavity for a little more citrus flavor. The sauce is subtle but good.

We love this dish. Everything can be made ahead and it cooks rather quickly. The lamb needs to marinate overnight, and the relish can be made 1 month in advance. This sauce is so good, we're planning to use it on all kinds of meats and seafood. The recipe makes about 3 cups of sauce. Time does not include marinating time.

This is a really simple and delicious meal. Since lamb chops can vary so much in size, please adjust cooking times accordingly. For the tomatoes, a disposable aluminum pan works really well. Cook time includes marinating time.

This is a delicious way to fix lamb chops. It's simple and can be a great romantic meal. If your chops are thicker, you can pour the sauce over them and put them in the oven for a few miinutes. From Gourmet magazine.

Another simple dish from the American Diabetes Association that we hope to try soon.

This is our favorite recipe for lamb shanks. I always double the sauce because we love to have some over mashed potatoes. The sauce takes a while to make, so you can make it a day ahead if you like. From the Bijou Cafe, Sarasota FL, courtesy of Bon Appetit.

A great way to prepare lamb on the grill. Leftovers make great sandwiches too. Time does not include marinating time.

    Recipe #185616

I just ran across this recipe again when cleaning out some of my stored recipes. It's been a long time since I've made this, but my note on the recipe said that it was great. The times are approximate. The Chipotle Lime Oil makes about 2/3 cup and the Ginger-Green Onion Butter makes about 1/2 cup.
