I found this recipe online. It doesn't show quantities, so I'm just guessing. Use to stuff chickens before baking, or to squeeze over chicken before roasting. Can also be used over broiled fish or minced and added to rice. Posted for ZWT6.
Found this recipe on Grassroots Recipes Mastercook Collections by Deirdre Dee Cox.
It states that the original recipe came from a GI who found it in Egypt when he was stationed there. The whipped cream frosting was added later but really adds to the recipe. Posted for ZWT6.

It's been brought to my attention that the 2nd ingredient isn't showing. Which is a little weird, because it is there. LOL. And, no, I haven't been sipping the Amarula. :wink:
So, the 2nd ingredient is actually 1 ounce of cherry flavored liqueur.
