    Cooking Light. June 1998.

    Recipe #248244

From Every Day with Rachael Ray. September 2007.

    Recipe #247598

From Cooking Light. May 1995. This would be good with crab too.

    Recipe #244959

    Food & Wine. March 2007.

    Recipe #244668

    From Cooking Light. April 2003.

    Recipe #244604

This is from 365 Meatless Main dishes. To make this into a main dish, toss with 12 oz pasta. Posting for ZWT3.

    Recipe #231779

This is from my Low-Carb Cookbook. Posting for ZWT3. I am posting the recipe for strawberry vinegar separately.

    Recipe #231698

This comes from one of my Food and Wine cookbooks. They say to serve this with a petite sirah. I’m posting it for ZWT3.

    Recipe #231610

This is fantastic! There are so many different flavors going on… Creamy ricotta, tangy lemon, salty bacon… YUMM-O! I found this in Rachael Ray’s 365: No Repeats cookbook when I was looking for a recipe to use up some leftover ricotta. I used arugula instead of the Swiss chard, so use what you have. Omit the bacon (or use a vegetarian one) and use vegetable stock to make it vegetarian. This doesn’t re-heat very well, so only make as much as you need.

    Recipe #228310

This is from my 365 One Dish Meals cookbook. It looks so easy I might try it out on a backpacking trip!

    Recipe #207404

This is from my 365 Low-fat Meals cookbook. Yum! This will come together in zero time if you already have meatballs made up and stashed in the freezer. :)

    Recipe #206983

This is from my 365 Ways to Cook Low-Fat Cookbook.

    Recipe #206017

This is from Rachael Ray’s 365: No Repeats cookbook. This could easily be converted to OAMC.

    Recipe #205572

Serve this topped with sautéed onions. Other greens could be used in place of the kale. 4 servings. 45 min

    Recipe #184843

This looks like a yummy salad for my fall lunches.

    Recipe #184504

This is from TOH magazine. I haven’t made these yet, but I am typing it up for ZWT II. 6-8 servings. Prep time does not include refrigeration.

    Recipe #172989

This was just called Caspian split peas, but I couldn’t resist changing the name. The peas take awhile to cook, so be patient. It’s worth it! This dish is stew like. You can also add ¼ onion chopped and use brown rice instead of the barley. Serve with some good grainy rolls. It is very filling.

    Recipe #156233

This is from the Horn of the Moon cookbook. This was pretty good. I would ½ the recipe for two people and add a splash of red wine. Serve with some cheesy bread sticks.

    Recipe #152143

This is fantastic, even without the peanut sauce!

    Recipe #152032

These cookies simply melt in you mouth, they make a great addition to any holiday cookie platter :)

    Recipe #76868
