A crumbly oat topping and crust sandwich the smooth cream cheese and sweet-tart cranberry fillings makes a nice dessert. I make them during the holidays and just now decided to add them to my collection ;)

This is my Christmas Brittle. The Macadamia Nuts give this a nice buttery taste. During the holidays is the only time I grab the macadamia nuts! Why, I think they are little expensive for everyday baking, but during the holidays, I want to do something a little more special.
This is a recipe for those chocolate lovers. I've had this recipe for years and everyone loves these sweet pastries. I like to have them for special occasions, like Christmas morning when I want to make something special for the boys. Cooking time does not include freezing time. Also wasn't sure on the actual weight of puff pastry... recipe just says 1 pkg.
Not everybody loves cheesecake, like I do. In fact my husband is always asking for this chocolate cake. One of many recipes, but this has a great texture and the sauce, oh is to die for. It's very rich.
This is not only a delicious dessert but very impressive. Velvet Chocolate Mousse served in a almond cookie cup. You get to eat the whole thing. Mmmm so good! The compliments are worth the time and effort to put this special dessert together. I make it at Christmas.
