    Junk Food Gourmet

Here's a collection of dishes, sweet and savory both, made from "junk food." Candy bars, breakfast cereal, chips, frozen pizza, tater tots, what-have-you. There's a lot of duplication here on Zaar of these recipes, so I've tried to choose one of each version. If you find a unique one that should go into the cookbook, please let me know!

YUMMY! Dunk a piece of this into your morning coffee and you just may never want anything more:)

    Recipe #70747

We love Butterfingers. Hope you enjoy as much as we did.

This is my favorite cookie recipe! If you like peanut butter, you have to try it!!! I found the recipe in a Taste of Home Magazine, which always has wonderful recipes in them!

    Recipe #24573

This cake takes a little bit of extra effort but it is worth it! If you like Milky Ways, you will like this :) It comes out looking and tasting like a "professional bakery" cake, but better.

    Recipe #31334

The delicious result of finishing an opened bag of candy! These are really kid-friendly (and adult-friendly too!), especially if you make them silver-dollar sized:)

    Recipe #72317

Is your favorite candy bar a Milky Way? Then this is a must! A little bit of work but well worth it ; ) Chill time is included in prep time

    Recipe #42270

These are similar to Rice Krispie Treats--in ball form-- only these are all chocolate and appear to have been on steroids! I LOVE Milky Ways and I found this recipe on a chocolatier supplier site. I was so excited by the whimsy of this recipe that I made these right away and knew I had to share! *Yield varies depending on how big or small you shape these.*

    One of my grandmother's recipes.

    Recipe #23368

This cake is moist and wonderful!! I like it also, because you can make some for the party and have+some of the extra for home, if you use what the recipe calls for.

You have to try this! I am addicted to sweets and this is my favorite! It has been a hit with family and friends for years. Everyone always wants this recipe.

    Recipe #102747

Description:When you think of Fall I think of Apples - Carmel Apples! Try this nifty salad - it sounds odd but is very tasty! I have used FAT Free Cream Cheese, Cool Whip and Sugar Free Pudding and it still tastes great!!!! Cook time is chill time. What I like is the look on people's faces when they ask WHAT'S IN IT?

    Recipe #74258

    Recipe #65545

My mom used to make this. It's really good in the summer and it won't heat up your kitchen.

    Recipe #107265

I had this at a softball cookout this summer & it is SO good!!! It is gooey, chocolately, creamy; what more can you ask? I think you'll like it! Cook time is approximate chill time.

    Recipe #101099

This is great and a real kid pleaser. The creole mustard sauce sets off the sweetness of the chicken just right. DH saw a demonstration of the recipe on an early morning show and searched the recipe out for me.

    Recipe #18065

This is a copycat to Planet Hollywoods Cap'n Crunch Chicken. The first time I made it, I burned it, and we could barely eat it. The second time I made it, it came out perfect and boy is it good! We enjoy ours with my homemade honey-mustard sauce. They make the best combo!

    Recipe #81348

This is a QUICK AND EASY CAKE!!!! Try this cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.........OHHHHHHH SOOOOOOOO GGGGOOOOODDDDD!!!!!!!!!

    Recipe #59500

I found this recipe in the Pillsbury's Cookie Book. They're great! If you're looking for a cookie this cookie is huge and is just about a meal in itself.

    Recipe #40076

This recipe is so easy. Make it to take to a potluck and keep one at home for yourself! The cook time mentioned is the chill time in the fridge
