This recipe was printed in the Jerusalem Post last week, and it's from Lynette Levius of Netanya, Israel. I haven't tried it yet, but plan to make a batch this weekend. February 2010: Since posting this recipe I've made it several times each winter (winter is citrus seaon here). It's a wonderful recipe, totally fail-proof as the title says. It's great on toast and makes a wonderful gift. I especially love a 50/50 orange/clementine mix, a rich citrus flavor with an intense orange color.

    Recipe #63706

This onion marmalade will last for up to two months if stored in sterilised jars and makes a great staple to enjoy with cold meats, cheeses and meat pies.

    Recipe #38488

From the Fort Worth Star-Telegram food section. I don't make jam, but those of who like to this sounds good. They also suggest basting a ham with this, glazing steamed carrots or a roasted pork loan. Or pour over cream cheese and serve with crackers.

    Recipe #356798

Ina Garten prepared this on her Thanksgiving special. The reviews on the food network website were outstanding, so I tried it and wholeheartedly agree! Preparation time includes chilling; prep and cook time is under 30 minutes.

Love it. Wished I had more gooseberries. As soon as I will get gooseberries I will make this jam again. For this jam I use Dr. Oetker's super gelling sugar 1:3. With this gelling sugar you only need 1/3 of the fruit weight to make the jam.

From Chamber of Commerce Cranberry cookbook, from Westport/Grayland area of Washington coast. Use fresh cranberries, in season. I buy many bags in season and freeze them for up to a year. If using frozen, no need to thaw them first.
