This is one I modified from a Sure*Jell recipe.

    Recipe #452410

Well, no added sugar. Obviously the fruit has sugar. The consistency is a little "bouncy" and it must be stirred. However it is credible and spreadable jam.

    Recipe #452413

This recipe is from "Preserving the Harvest" by Carol W. Costenbader. You can either make your own cranberry sauce or use a store-bought canned variety.

    Recipe #134901

A Lemon Curd that can go with almost any of your baking needs. For a lime-curd variation, substitute lime rind and juice for the lemon rind and juice.

This is Mark Bittman recipe I found in our local newspaper. This one combines the spark of ginger with the smoky heat of chipotle. It can be used anywhere you would use a chutney. Make a dip, pour over cream cheese, serve with grilled pork or chicken and amazing on a BLT.

    Recipe #169610

If you like banana and peanut-butter sandwiches, you'll love this jam and peanut-butter on a sandwich! (Recipe courtesy: Elizabeth Barcelo)

    Recipe #46287

Father used to love this! You can vary the herbs, maybe mint and parsley or cilantro and chilis. Be creative!

    Recipe #451801

Try this tropical jam warm over pancakes and waffles or spread on bread when it's cool.

Sound a little strange? Try it! A good way to use all those ripe bananas! A good gift.

    Recipe #27908

This recipe is from a preserving book that I have used for thirty years. It is quite sweet, yet flavorful. Very good on a bagel with cream cheese, or as an ice cream topping.

    Recipe #72439

From Linda J.Amendt's Book "Blue Ribbon Preserves". The taste and color of this jam are delightful. Please don't duplicate the ingredients, or the jam may fail to set.
