Another recipe from their cookbook.. Easy, fast and good !

Recipe #342772

A recipe by Giada off Food Network. This recipe was awesome!!! I didn't have Marsala wine so I substituted some homemade stuff. I also substituted green peppers for red. Delicious!!!

Recipe #320714

This sounds good for anybody looking for a quick and tasty meal. It is vegetarian too which is always great in my books. I originally found this recipe in the September 2008 copy of the BBC Good Food Magazine. The recipe states that the dish can be frozen for up to a month. It says to just defrost and bake in a medium oven for 20 - 30 minutes until piping hot.

Making a timballo, or timpano, is an event. It becomes the moment in which ordinary ingredients like macaroni, cheese, and vegetables are transformed into an extraordinary, impressive drum of baked pasta that, when unmolded, receives a standing ovation. The region of Campania claims the timballo as its own and the recipe that follows comes from Sorrento. It calls for bucatini, a thicker cut of hollow spaghetti, which neatly nestles and holds the ingredients together. It is customary in Campania to use buffalo milk mozzarella, a cheese with a delicate texture and superb taste, but it is very perishable and not readily available. Fresh cow's milk mozzarella can be used instead. Assembling the timballo is easy when done in stages. Make the sauce several days ahead; cube the cheese and cook the marble-size meatballs 2 days ahead. Patience is the key to the unmolding; you will get much neater wedges by allowing the timballo to cool for about 20 minutes - and the joy of tasting that first forkful will be worthy of the best drumroll.

I found this yummy recipe on Allrecipes and have been making it for about two years. Italian sausage is simmered in beer with bell peppers and red onions.

Recipe #266950

I found this on another website, but haven't had a chance to try it yet. Hearty Italian sausage sauteed with garlic and red pepper flakes are simmered with tomatoes and cooked with vodka and cream to make a rich, spicy sauce. Toss with penne and fresh parsley to serve.

Boy is it hard to find an eggplant Parmesan recipe that is not breaded and fried. This is a recipe I created to accomplish just that

I found this recipe on another website and made it for dinner. It was absolutely fabulous! Make sure you use a dry white wine, and the red pepper flakes should be adjusted down if you don't like things spicy! My husband shared leftovers with co-workers the next day and they gave it rave reviews as well!

This is my favorite recipe to make for guests in the summer. It is light and flavorful! We used to have a lemon tree at our old home, and the trick was to find as many things to use up lemons as possible.

This is ultimate comfort food for me! I make this with roasted chicken and veggies and use some of the juices from the chicken to add more flavor. *For some reason, the baking time has been different for me. Sometimes it takes less baking time. It may depend on how coarse the cornmeal is. Just keep watching it and make sure it stays creamy and doesn't get hard. Once you stir in the herb mixture, you can make it more creamy by adding more broth or cream or you can thicken it up by putting it back in the oven for a few minutes. It's very versatile. You can use any herbs you like to go with your meal. This one is definately a keeper in our house. From the April 2001 Bon Appetit, modified by me.

This is the actual Macaroni Grill recipe for Carmela's Chicken Rigatoni. At home, I use a combination of olive oil (2 T) and butter (4T) instead of butter flavored oil (less overall as well). In addition, I use Kittencal's recipe for caramelized onions http://www.food.com/recipe/kittencals-caramelized-onions-89007.

I finally got around to trying this and really enjoyed it. I added about 4 Tablespoons of Capers and 1/4 cup of chopped spinach to mine, and will probably substitute the tomatoes for marinara next time I make it. I have also made this with salmon as well and it tastes fantastic that way as well!

This is a quick and easy weekday meal, and a tricky way to sneak peas into a kids diet! To spice this up bit, try using a tomato sauce like Barilla's Tomato and Basil and hot italian sausage. If you like pink sauce, you can also add more cream. Overall, this is a tasty, easy dish!
