From Australian BH&G Diabetic Living and their lunch box special. Cooking time is based on using the microwave rice or if using rice you have cooked there is no cooking time.

From Australian BH&G Diabetic Living. They have this listed as a breakfast dish but I honestly believe it would also make a nice dessert as well but at the moment due to our floods a month or so ago bananas are hellishly expensive so will not be on the menu soon but hopefully when the price comes down will make for the DM and DS as I don't care for cooked banana myself but they love them. TIP - cut cooking time in half and use two separate pans to cook the crepes.

This is part of a feature in our weekly tv guide called 7 Recipes in Seven Days. Times are estimated. Marg Johnson says "....based on an old recipe from Madher Jeffrey, remains a favourite." "Traditionally this would have been made with mustard oil, a bit tricky to acquire here and then too often rancid." Times are estimated.

Honestly don't know how I came be this recipe other than I printed it out because I thought it looked good and it gave the alternative of cooking in the oven. Please note the times I have put down are estimated and for the crock pot and not the oven,

From Recipe + - have altered slightly to omit the parmesan cheese and using all cheddar cheese and not the tasty cheese they suggested (original recipe is 1 cup tasty cheese and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, both grated). Have included chill time in cook time. I couldn't see why these could not be made ahead to the point just before cooking (keep covered in the fridge).

This recipe is from Australian Delicious and I had the pleasure of participating in a cooking a class in which this was part of a 4 course meal. We all participated in the class so times are estimated as there were 12 of us in the class. Served with polenta.

Our local pizza shop recently closed but they made the best cheesy garlic bread so I have tried to duplicate here, as a matter fact I have only finished making for our dinner tonight. I used recipe #481388 for the garlic butter. You could sub mozzarella cheese for the stringy cheese sticks, I would cut into cubes and stick in the lengthwise slit.

The recipe is from an old photocopy given to me by my MIL in the 80's, she has written that she made it in April 1982 and thought it very nice.

This one is from our local/state paper and sounds like a good way to use up left over ham from Christmas - suggested you serve a poached egg. Times are estimated.

From Australian Good Food, they promise it has all the flavour of a regular kilojoule laden tart but lightened up. Have not included chill or cooling time.

From Australian BH&G Diabetic Living. Cooking time is freezing time of 4 hours plus time to heat milk. Don't see why you couldn't substitute other berries for the raspberries.

This is from Matt Prestons (restaurant reviewer and judge of Australian Masterchef) and was in the sealed section of his cook book. Times are estimated.

From super food magazine - I've got these ready to go in the oven at the moment though I scaled back for 4 serves and used 4 garlic cloves instead of 2 since they were very small otherwise made as per recipe. They did recommend desiree potatoes but I used carisma's (a low GI potato). Please note that after making tonight in a non-forced fan oven at 200C it took me 60 minutes to get my potatoes nicely browned though not crisp but that is Carisma potatoes, very hard to get them crisp in this sort of cooking though I have done with shallow frying them as long as they are cut as a very small dice.

From a feature in our State paper with recipes through the ages. The recipe states 1 quantity of shortcrust pastry (frozen or homemade - let time and economy decide), I've estimated this to 3 or 4 sheets, sheets are about 22cm to 23cm square. Cooking and prep times are also estimated.
