I made these for an appetizer evening and they were a big hit. The shells can be made ahead of time and frozen which is great for cutting your prep time on the big day. This looks especially festive at Christmas with green and red pepper jelly. If you make your own jelly, you can serve these at a Bridal shower in the bride's colors ;)
Guests will think you spent hours preparing these appetizers. They are very pleasing to the eye and the taste of Brie, caramelized onions and caraway is delicious. Prep time is approximate and includes the 15 minute chill time.
These are wonderful to serve as an appetizer and I have done so many times at my get togethers, everone loves these! to save even more time you can purchase the ready-made small tart shells and the recipe may be doubled if desired.
These are DELICIOUS potato balls. They are full of flavor, perfect for an appetizer or just an afternoon snack! We LOVE these... I cant get enough of them! hehe My fiance made these for me for the first time on my birthday this year! Best birthday snack EVER! :D Besan flour, also known as chickpea flour, can be found in most asian markets, and even some health food stores. Cooking time is the time it takes to make one batch.
A very impressive cold appetizer. The color of the oranges and spinach really brighten up a buffet table. My guests loved this appetizer and devoured them all. Adapted slightly from a Creme de Colorado cookbook.
