This is a great luncheon or light dinner recipe! The pie crust made from bread works really well and is much easier than pastry. I think it originally came from the Australian Womans Weekly. I've been making it for years. Serve it with a tossed green salad and some chips (fries)on the side.

Yes, another impossible pie. I got this from a friend of mine. Quick, easy and delicious.

    Recipe #113192

I like to make this when I have leftover turkey. Very easy but very satisfying. I have made this with chicken as well. I prefer the turkey but it is still good with the chicken.

Delicious impossible version of quiche. I got this recipe from the Bisquick site

    Recipe #64878

This pie has a light custard consistency and no crust to roll out! Easy as pie and so delicious! Can also be served topped with Cool Whip.

Not exactly gourmet, but very good.

    Recipe #16488

This is another easy recipe in the "Impossible" crust category, as in crustless. If you love egg nog during the holidays, you'll like this custard-like pie. It's fast and easy to prepare with great flavor for all the egg nog lovers out there. Great for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years!

You just have to love the Bisquick "impossible" pies!

    Recipe #64110

"Impossible" because the biscuit mix somehow magically gets its act together and forms a bottom crust.

    Recipe #56324

A quick dinner or lunch, great with a salad. Found this in a recipe box that I bought at a second hand store. I can imagine the memories inside of it.
