    This is from the cookbook called "Patio Daddy-O" 50's recipes with a 90's twist...it says we dare you to eat just one of these rounds...(sounds like another store bought chip)...anyway they say...they're hot and salty, crisp and crunchy, and absolutely irresistible...I made a test run on these chips and did change a few things in the recipe...the temperature and the cooking time...I posted a photo of my before change...they are the chips in the blue bowl...:)

    Another recipe I found floating around on paper...been wanting to try it...recipe says to cook it on a kettle-style grill...(note) but I think you could cook it on a George Foreman Grill or even a cast iron grill...cooking time does not include marinating time...

    This is out of the March 2014 Food and Wine magazine...I adjusted the serving amount...it said it served 6-8...I think with 20 pieces of chicken a 10 person serving is enough...plus the calories look better...=)

    This is out of my Asian cookbook...enjoy! Cooking time doesn't include marinating time...based on KateL's review I posted a photo of my 3 pounds of ribs in my lasagne pan...I also took the pan out of the oven to turn the ribs keeping the oven temperature steady...I did change the cooking time to include another 10 minutes...that's how long it took mine to get nice and caramelized...hope this helps...
