Even people who don't like beans love this recipe. I believe it came from Central Market.

    Recipe #32565

This is unusual but delicious. A tasty way to prepare butternut squash. I make a big batch of this on Sunday night and bring it to lunch all week. I cook the squash by halving a large one and roasting it in the oven at 350 degrees for about an hour. Let it cool and scrap out the delicious meat! Adapted from the classic Moosewood Cookbook.

These are *so* good! I also like to crumble some feta cheese onto the top right after baking but that is optional, although it is not necessary I like to boil the spinach in the microwave for about 5 minutes, this will mellow out the flavor, this can be done up to a day ahead, also you may pre-bake the caps up to a day ahead also :)

    Recipe #246077

High in fiber and protein, low in fat, easy and really yummy! I've always thought meatloaf looks and smells so delicious and savory so, as a vegetarian, I decided to make a no-meat version! This is basically our favorite meatloaf recipe but with cooked mashed lentils instead of ground meat. The result is a very tasty dinner!

A great recipe for zucchini lovers! Makes a great side dish. I am always looking for great recipes for zucchini since I have so many in my garden. I used one large zucchini to make this recipe. It is best to use a 9 x 12 casserole dish.

I got this recipe from an Italian friend's visiting mother. It goes great with grilled chicken.

    Recipe #15293

When canning any vegetable it is highly recommended that you hot water bath them. Pickles should be boiled in the jars for ten full minutes. If you add more water to the pot, wait until boil starts again to resume timing.

    Recipe #6992

These onions are delicious and can be served with roast chicken or ?? You decide. You can cut them in an "X" on the stem end, about 1/2 inch deep, before roasting if you want them to caramelize. Try using different types of onions, but similarly sized so that they all cook through at the same time. These will hold in a 200F oven for 45 minutes before serving. Use leftovers in pasta, salads or with sausage and eggs the next morning. From At Home With Michael Chiarello, one of my top three favorite chefs.
